I can’t speak more highly of Jeff and the entire crew at Brewster Car Care. I have a hard time paying for help but these guys are worth every penny. They helped solve several issues and provided excellent communication along the way. It’s hard to find people you can trust with this level of experience and attention to detail these days. Customer service was PHENOMENAL.We drove in needing an emergency truck repair and even though they were short-staffed they were super courteous and quick to help us out.Ten out of ten service, highly recommend! Take your buisness elsewhere. I went to high-school with the owners daughters so we've known each other for some time. I recently went to have my keys reprogrammed for my car at the other business they own Brewster car care center at the same location. They won't work on it because of their personal opinions of me. My 3 kids now won't have a reliable running vehicle because they do buisness based on their judgements of the customers. Plus 20 years ago I had them repair my car took them 3 tunes and cost me thousands of dollars to repair some clogged fuel injectors! Take my advice go somewhere else!!!

Went on a camping trip with my family. We broke down 10 mins from our camp site. This guy broke out our windows to have our truck towed before we could get to it. We were 4 hours from home. I know he did it because if it was anyone else they would have easily grabbed the expensive valuables inside. When we started talking about how the expenses would hurt us he walked away. Dudes a con and does shitty business. His own coworker Hates him.

Picked up part for wife's truck. It was in good shape (pulled from wrecking yard) and was a reasonable price. Service was quick and the employee helped me get it into my car.
