It's a very convenient gym. I can come there, knock out some exercise and leave. No sales pressure, no contract BS and nobody screaming as they lift some heavy weight. No posers either. It's chill. I really like it.

Only gym in town. Several machines have been updated and have new padding. Hours have been extended to include limited weekends. Friendly staff and clean, little in the cold side but everything is cold right now.
