“In the past, I've criticized our postal delivery for an inordinate number of misdelivered mail (both not receiving expected mail and receiving other people's mail). Also delivery left in a puddle outside our garage when we have a locking mailbox at the curb. I complained to the postmaster. He was initially defensive but has since provided personalized service. Maybe it's the complaining. It also seems like he's making an effort. The actual post office building is much cleaner and nicer, although they could work a bit harder on permanently getting rid of that nasty pothole. In the past, I would have offered a 1 start, but I'm now offering a 5 star because of the seeming sincere effort at improvement.”

“this post office is perfect, probably my favorite of all time. the people who work here are AWESOME and reasonable. yes rural=slower, yes small=more casual. i refute previous reviews in other ways - they know me, help me, make my life easier and better.”
