They got my puppy in the same day I called for a concern, provided a hefty discount, and even cleaned up his poopy fur after he had an accident in the office. They also called the next day (twice!) to check on him and answer my questions. I will never go anywhere else.”
“I had such a wonderful experience here with our new puppy Kona. Checking in was easy and the wait was short. In the lobby they have calming bandanas for cats and dogs, which we used for our little pup. The vet tech was nice and approached Kona with treats and patience (he’s a timid pup). The vet was amazing as well, she answered any questions we had and made sure we knew the plan for the next visit. They even took Kona to the back and gave him a tour of the other people and dogs to help with his socialization. When he literally came back he seemed like a new dog hahaha. He was less anxious and more energetic (like he is when it’s just me and my husband around). Overall wonderful experience. I’m really happy, we established care with them!”
“We like St. Francis. The staff is very empathetic in dealing with our Mixed Terrier Roscoe. A little temperamental, doesn’t like strangers touching him. But, with our assistance and their great bedside manner, Roscoe gets through his appointments. I don’t mind driving a little out of our way to take him there.”

The person that helped me get all my appointments scheduled was so so nice, and made a complicated situation seem really simple and easy. The doctor and other staff we met on our first appointment were great, super thorough, and answered my questions so well. I emailed them a question this afternoon, and a vet just CALLED ME BACK. “Our pup was really sick, and our regular vet office wasn't seeing patients. A friend recommended calling Riverview Animal Hospital after listening to the symptoms they squeezed us in that afternoon. They worked with our budget and were so gentle with our miniature schnauzer. He's back to his playful self, and Riverview Animal Hospital will be our new vet. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff who cared for our boy.”

“I was at a loss. My high lug of a pup suffered brachial plexus ALVERSION. I was told by the vet not to move him except for potty brakes. Tmi wasn't even given his diagnosis till he returned home. No splint no neck cone.
Come to find out that the first 7 to 10 days was his critical period and he should of been put in physical therapy right away. The instructions I RECIEVED were the complete opposite of what I should of been advised to do. Which WOULD OF BEEN get him in HYDROTHERAPY ASAP! ! IT JUST SEEMS THEY GAVE UP ON THE PUP BEFORE HE WAS EVEN SEEN! IM STILL SHOCKED ABOUT THE INDERFRENCE . BUT WITH HER KIND HEART AND WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE THAT ACTUALLY MAKES SENCE ... MOBY IS SHOWING HOPEFUL SIGNS OF IMPROVMENT AND IS TOTALLY ENGAGED IN HIS SESSIONS AND IS COMING BACK TO HIS WONDERFUL HAPPY LIFE L9VING SELF AGAIN. SO THIS ( an I hate to put it like this" A LONG WA IMPECKABLE should have been done . Well I haven't started nor have I asked yet. Moby is only 7 months old. A super sweetheart and is in dire need of caring human beings to help me save his leg. Please follow us on our adventure to seek out our human beings to ask of them some loving support. I'm a disabled senior 67 years old . It broke my heart when I was told by "I Pawed it Forward" that every vet said " euthanasi"
said to end his life take him out of his misery I huddled him close he's worth more then that! I only knew one thing. The protection of him from euthanasia . I offer my services and my capability to maintaining a yard to a cook in the kitchen! Monies for MOBY IS ALL THAT I NEED charge nominal fees from lawn service to the kitchen. “Animal care is very good. It would be nice to get some wait time feedback. I sat there for about 5 hours and had no idea how long it would take overall. I had no breakfast and was getting pretty hungry. If I had known I had enough time, I could have run out to get something to eat. But I didn't want to miss the opportunity to take my baby home so I sat there and starved. At least I had a book this time!”
“I am so grateful for Vancouver Veterinary Hospital. I live in Longview, Wa and, despite have an established Veterinarian there, no one was available to see my cat, who needed urgent care. Upon referral, I called VVH at 8am and they happily got my kitty in for an appointment that morning! They even called me back offering an earlier time than I originally had. I was SO relieved. When we arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the front staff. We arrived 30min early, expecting to wait, but were taken right back. The vet tech and Veterinarian were so kind and compassionate. I feel my cat had a very thorough examination and was treated so gently, with love. Then, they went over all our options and pricings in a way that helped me make the best informed decisions for my kitty. I left feeling confident my cat was in the best of hands and we made the right choices that day. And now my cat is back to his old self! Thank you VVH for all your help!”

“The staff here have been absolutely incredible so far! Yesterday was my first visit but they have gained a lifelong customer already, after calling around and trying to get my dog seen because he has kennel cough the receptionist when I called here went out of her way to go talk to the vet to see if they could get me in given the circumstances. I was able to get in that day, every staff member seemed very concerned about my dog and truly seemed like they wanted to help him feel better. They were very transparent about pricing and making sure the treatment was comfortable budget wise for me. They just overall made such an effort to ensure my dog was gonna be okay.”

“My mother has been bringing her pets here for years and with her health declining I’ve been at the last few visits with her pets.
Doctor Primly is wonderful and always makes sure we are heard and the other doctors I’ve seen have been good as well.
Our most recent visit the assistant (I think her name was Makayla) came in and greeted us by our names, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it meant a lot to us and made us feel like she actually read our file and it just made us feel like she cared. She was thorough and kind but most importantly she seemed to have done her research and asked us about the last visit, already had an idea of what our concerns were and a good understanding of previous visits. I was absolutely blown away. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about her work but also wants to build a connection with not only our pet but also us.

“I made a last minute decision to see if they could possibly squeeze my dog in to be seen at 3pm on a Friday. Automatically, I just assumed that they would half heartedly take my information and schedule him to be seen the next week, but that didn’t happen. The gal that answered the phone asked me a few questions and sounded genuinely concerned about my dog’s condition, then asked me if I could be there by 4pm… the same day.
Yes absolutely. When I got there, they greeted us and signed us in. They were so warm and kind to Church, he loved every minute of it. We told them all about Churches eye issue. They looked him over and gave us something to take care of an eye infection and we were done. The experience was great, the price was reasonable, the staff is AWESOME and Church, was so happy he pranced to the car.
