“We just moved to Washington last week. During my travels one of my girls had an emergency vet visit in Utah. When we arrived in Washington her treatment wasn’t working and the infection spread. I called every vet in a 50 mile radius. I called them and she was in being seen in two hours. I cannot express the care she got. The entire facility was amazing. However, what sold me was the tech. His name was Skye (I hope that’s spelled correctly). Not only was he hilarious, but he knew his work better than anyone. This man loves his career and we loved him. Thank you Skye for making this experience wonderful instead of stressful.”

“I love that this is a cat only clinic it’s so unique to find locally and I’m so happy I found this vet for my little Bella. She just got spayed and has been doing great. The staff are informative and every time I come in I feel taken care of and every one is so kind. They even offer a treat every time I bring Bella to help calm her down, even whip cream once! They have towels in the lobby you can drape over the carrier that have a calming scent on them. Overall the experience is good for going to the vet and I’d recommend this clinic to my friends and family.”

“Had to do a walk in to have my cat seen! Said it would take a few hours but it wasn't even that long! The staff was very friendly and understanding of Diego's issues! I was very worried but they reassured me Diego would be okay! They told me exactly what was wrong with him and his treatment and medications weren't very expensive! I will be back for future appointments for my cats!”

“Such an incredible experience. Every person I encountered at this office was kind and clearly loved their jobs. I was hesitant to bring my dog somewhere new, she’s a nervous dog, but staff and the Vet took their time with my dog and made sure to let her warm up. I feel confident in bringing my pet to these folks, and feel grateful I found someone I can trust with her care. Also, the little goodie bag as a welcome to the clinic was absolutely adorable! My dog loved it.”

615 SE Chkalov Dr, Vancouver WA 98683
“Excellent care and follow-up! The only reason it’s not 5 stars was while the cleaning was only $720 they kind of get you on the extractions. My bill was almost $1700 after 7 extractions. And maybe that’s reasonable? It just feels high. We will come back again due to service and prompt communication with the vet and staff.”

“Wellhaven has been my vet for the last three years; they’ve been super helpful the whole time. One of my dogs is very afraid of needles and getting shots can be problematic, never felt judged or like I should go there despite that— rather they’ve done what they can to help mitigate her stress.”

“We’ve been taking our pets here ever since we moved to the Couve, and it’s truly one of the best decisions we’ve made for our fur babies. We love the clinic’s modern design, the warm and friendly staff, and our absolute favorite doctor, Dr. Primley! She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and simply the best vet we could ever ask for. We’ve never had better experiences anywhere else. We fully trust Dr. Primley and the entire care team with our precious animals, and we appreciate them so very much! THANK YOU!!!”

“The staff are really friendly, understanding, and helpful. My dog had diarrhea for a week. The vets saw him two times and twice answered my questions by phone. My dog was prescribed 1-1/2 tablets of an antibiotic and the staff kindly cut several tablets in half because they knew the tablets were hard to cut without a special pill cutter!”

“I had an amazing experience at Animal Care Clinic! The staff was super welcoming and the Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The Exam rooms were clean and calming for the animals, which is a huge bonus for an anxious kitty. Dr. Pittman was so kind and gentle and my cat climbed right up in her lap and was so relaxed! She genuinely loves animals! I highly recommend this vet clinic.”

“A massive thank you to everyone at Alder Creek for everything you've done for my fur babies this week. Unfortunate circumstances led to both of our kiddos needing care within the exact same week—one with an ear infection, and the other getting into a bag of granola with toxic raisins. Both situations had varying degrees of time-sensitivity, and your team was able to fit us in both times on short notice. Whether you were short-staffed or had to shift things around to make it work, I would have never been the wiser. Luckily, I was able to catch the raisin situation as it happened, and Alder Creek was right there to have my back—quickly getting the toxins out of her system, hopefully with very few lasting effects. To the crew as a whole, our family would like to say a big thank you.”

“As a new puppy owner, navigating the vaccination landscape has not been easy! It's so different than it was when I had my previous doggo (miss him!), but my local pet store recommended Good Neighbor Vet for their mobile vaccination service and I could not be more impressed with them! Getting shots for 'Belly Royal' has been a seamless, efficient, and affordable process every time! Highly recommend!”
