“I love that this is a cat only clinic it’s so unique to find locally and I’m so happy I found this vet for my little Bella. She just got spayed and has been doing great. The staff are informative and every time I come in I feel taken care of and every one is so kind. They even offer a treat every time I bring Bella to help calm her down, even whip cream once! They have towels in the lobby you can drape over the carrier that have a calming scent on them. Overall the experience is good for going to the vet and I’d recommend this clinic to my friends and family.”

But, with our assistance and their great bedside manner, Roscoe gets through his appointments. I don’t mind driving a little out of our way to take him there.”

“Jericho blue chip wolf dog lost his crystal bwallz today. He is now hopefully more predictable with his moods. My poor husky is crying all day is the take away. I used my voucher to fix him and I'm happy they didn't charge for a 1st exam like others said is the law to. Is it? I didn't feel he needed that because he was just at the county shelter. They gave him the full treatment like cutting his nails and giving him pain meds. The staff were all as sweet as healers should be. It wasn't dusty or old and I like that helped him in my car. They are mindful and not on autopilot or rude at all. I took away 1 star because at 8:30 nobody helped me for what felt like 10 minutes. Otherwise everything was ok.”
“My dog was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and Dr. Ferguson was so patient with my long list of questions and concerns. This review is long overdue actually as I’ve been taking my dogs to him for several years now and every time I see him, I’m blown away by his knowledge and ability to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel judged or coerced like at other places. It’s one of the few vet offices that’s not owned by a big corporation. He doesn’t nickel and dime you nor recommend anything unneeded. His whole team is phenomenal and go above and beyond to take care of us. I wish he took human patients. When he retires, there will be a vast void in vet options in Vancouver.”

“Our pup was really sick, and our regular vet office wasn't seeing patients. A friend recommended calling Riverview Animal Hospital after listening to the symptoms they squeezed us in that afternoon. They worked with our budget and were so gentle with our miniature schnauzer. He's back to his playful self, and Riverview Animal Hospital will be our new vet. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff who cared for our boy.”

“This is NOT a walk-in facility even though it says so on the website. Also, appointments can only be made the same day you want to bring in your pet.
We got very good advice and service here. Nice people, clean, pretty reasonable prices.”

Brought our 15yr old senior cat Moses in on Monday Jan 2nd for pale gums and lethargy. He had already declined over the past few months. They were about to do bloodwork to figure out what the issue was but his heart stopped while in the back. They tried their best to bring him back but he never did.”

“The staff here have been absolutely incredible so far! Yesterday was my first visit but they have gained a lifelong customer already, after calling around and trying to get my dog seen because he has kennel cough the receptionist when I called here went out of her way to go talk to the vet to see if they could get me in given the circumstances. I was able to get in that day, every staff member seemed very concerned about my dog and truly seemed like they wanted to help him feel better. They were very transparent about pricing and making sure the treatment was comfortable budget wise for me. They just overall made such an effort to ensure my dog was gonna be okay.”

“My mother has been bringing her pets here for years and with her health declining I’ve been at the last few visits with her pets.
Doctor Primly is wonderful and always makes sure we are heard and the other doctors I’ve seen have been good as well.
Our most recent visit the assistant (I think her name was Makayla) came in and greeted us by our names, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it meant a lot to us and made us feel like she actually read our file and it just made us feel like she cared. She was thorough and kind but most importantly she seemed to have done her research and asked us about the last visit, already had an idea of what our concerns were and a good understanding of previous visits. I was absolutely blown away. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about her work but also wants to build a connection with not only our pet but also us.
