Ever since the 1st year my wife brought home some smoked salmon and cheese from the Puyallup Victorian Christmas at the fairgrounds that Steve smoked I have been hooked. I don't know what exactly he does to put his product above all others but he has perfected it.

My dad loved to fish, so I’ve been eating salmon since I was very young, and Steve’s hot smoked salmon is probably the best I’ve ever tasted. I recently purchased A LOT of SHSS and SHS cheese to take on an extended trip to Arizona where I shared it with the locals there. It was a huge hit, and I know my plans for next years trip will need to include even more. What makes this so special is the smokey flavor is enhanced by the natural salmon oils, and for me, the real secret to making extraordinary smoked salmon. Congratulations Steve and team on developing the perfect recipe!

Excellent cheese! Just received the jalapeño smoked cheese and it's outstanding, I'll say my new favorite cheese. The smoke flavor is a perfect accent to the balance of the mild jalapeño spice flavor. Can't wait to order the salmon!
