We just found out they have switched owners and we had no letters or any correspondence from the new owners. They didn't bother to contact us. For 5+ years we always paid auto payment, so why didnt they contact us to say we need to update payment info last month? You would think they would have tried calling or sending a letter. My son went to go get some stuff and it locked him out!! Have been trying to contact them with no response other than automated text message saying to call or text them. Very disappointing.

The new owners are still going to have someone living on site, and they are updating the camera system. I feel much safer keeping my things at this storage facility than any other. Also, they are friendly and easy to work with!

All previous reviews refer to to previous ownership, new Ownership has jacked prices and are not easy to work with.

Under new ownership. Was waiting to downsize my unit and the new owners were very accommodating and got me a smaller unit as requested right next to my current unit. The new unit was dirty but I didn’t mind sweeping it out myself.

Great prices and they allow you to pay by the 10th each month. We just got all our stuff out of storage, but we used them for a long time and will go back here if we need a storage again in the future.
