Very positive experience working with them from the start of the process until the end. Troy came over and gave us an overview of the process and pricing. He was quick to answer any questions we came up with while we were making our decision.Once we made our decision the project progressed in a smooth manner. Great communications of the timeline, etc. Helen and her install crew were great to work with. They were friendly, quick and efficient. They left the job site clean after completing the install.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hot Solar Solutions to anyone looking for a solar system.

Very Knowledgeable in Solar Solutions, don't get Solar Panels until you talk to them! Provides solutions for residential electrical remodels and additional outlets etc. I would highly recommend them!

We reached out to several solar installers. Hot Solar is who we went with and I’m glad that we did! The price they quoted for my install was right in line with what I expected, whereas other companies in the area were trying to charge 50% more for the same system!Troy (the owner) was a pleasure to work with, getting me a no non-sense quote quickly and without pestering me, something I can’t say about other installers I tried getting quotes from. Troy and his team were excellent to work with and always handled any questions I had.After everything was setup and installed, one panel wasn’t reporting. As soon as I let them know, they had a whole team out the next day to take a look. They ended up having to come out a couple more times but they had it all fixed in under a week. And there was even a holiday in between! I trust these guys to do a great job and make it right if something goes wrong.Overall, absolutely stellar work from this company and I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking into solar.

We contacted many solar companies for consults and bids! There were some companies that were very sketchy, some seemed just fine, but Hot Solar felt like the right choice. WE DO NOT REGRET OUR DECISION!Hot solar had a fair price, communicated the process very well, was on time for the installation, and our system is live (and working great!).We would definitely recommend Troy and his team. All of my questions were addressed and it’s always nice supporting a local, honest business here in the TriCities.

I can't recommend Hot Solar Solutions enough. They've bent over backwards to cater to my desires (I'm well below their typical solar array build size), and I can certainly corroborate all mentions of customer service. Long after install, I'm still talking with them -- helping me understand the nuances of my new system, my interface with the City (not even their job!), and any other little thing I have questions. SO HELPFUL. Five stars for sure.

We interviewed five solar installers from the Tri-Cities, Ellensburg and Seattle and quickly decided upon Hot Solar Solutions. Troy and Kristi know their business and were very thorough helping us navigate the technical aspects of our solar array and the paperwork for obtaining incentives from the local PUD and Washington state. Of all the parties involved in the solar system (Hot Solar, the county, the state), Hot Solar was always leading the way in terms of schedule, i.e., we might be waiting on an application approval or meter installation from the local PUD but there was no waiting on Hot Solar's work. Once our new pole building was finished, Hot Solar installed the panels in one day. And when we asked for just one more panel to completely fill the pole building roof, it was installed in just a few days. Many of our friends do not even notice the panels on the pole building till we point them out. It is a beautiful sight!We also liked Hot Solar for their pricing. With the solar incentives, it seemed liked some other solar installers were charging higher prices since the solar owners were getting the incentives. Hot Solar installed a 11.7 kW system for less costs than other solar installers were charging for a 7.4 kW system. A rival installer gave us a bid that was about 40% higher than Hot Solar and for a smaller system. After considering all five solar installers, the choice of Hot Solar was more than easy - it was obvious.

Excellent service and actually went out of their way. Installers actually took off caps that had not been removed from roof vents when my house was built 9 years ago. Even cleaned out my gutters. Highly recommend this company for excellent customer service.

This was the second attempt to have some work done by Hot Solar solutions. The first was in 2018. At that time I provided all documentation, blueprints, and power bills only to have a meeting set up and missed with no communication afterwards. Fast forward to today , an appointment set up at 10am today , all documentation and even aerial photos of the site provided in advance , to have another no show and to this point after several messages that were seen and not responded to go unanswered. Customer service is severely lacking on both occasions. Horrible communication practices.

Great company. Local here to stay. Everyone at Hot Solar Solutions are very knowledgeable and willing to give all their time needed to explain SolarSolar is in our near future for all of us. Get in while there are good rebates!

We had hot soalr install a pool solar heat system. We have a large community pool and the old system struggled on 100 degree days to get the water above 80. We have had a 90 degree day and our water is at 82 degrees. Very professional and wonder people to deal with. Would highly back them
