Had a problem, and Dwayne fixed it. Went into the store April 7th with an issue setting up my new phone. And Dwayne was holding down the fort by himself. And with no charge at all he was able to help me get all my data transferred from one phone to the other. Good kid.. give this man a raise!

Ezequiel was helpful and was able to complete my upgrade from a broken phone in under an hour despite the west seattle store saying anything less than 48hrs would be fraud. Not sure what they were on but Ezequiel was able to facilitate with me as a retail authorized user on the account.
