This has been a terrible experience. A month after I switched my information had been stolen from the banks own system. Then someone tried to make a fraudulent charge. They caught it, and cancelled my card. I went in to get a new one, and they said with fraud I have to call a number to have it reissued. They said I can just come yo a branch to get money..but there are so few. When I called the line, I waited on hold nearly 40 minutes to be told it sould be 7-10 says, and "No, we cant expedite it." When I expressed feeling frustrated by this, they responded in a sing song voice, "Is there anything else? ..well have a nice day". A simple human connection and acknowledgement can go a long way with customer service. Oh..and I went in to fund my savings on my new account, and was told it was closed. "We can go in back and get it set up again. It wont take too long. We close all accounts with a zero balance for 2 weeks. You can just open it again". As soon as I can switch my auto deposit Im leaving this substandard bank.

Chatting on contact us is just randomly getting a customer service rep who has NO idea of what's going on Jeremy. Do you really take these claims seriously? What a waste of time and suggestion.

I showed up at 5pm exactly and they wouldn't do my deposit. They couldn't be bothered for an extra few minutes to help me. I really needed the deposit to post that day, and yes it is my problem I was running late, but I had to drive half way across town just to get to the nearest branch and hit traffic. I could of used a helping hand, but they weren't offering one. Looking into using a Credit Union now.
