AZ stores seem to be commonly understaffed. The very busy gentleman there was very pleasant and helpful as he directed us to the self checkout station for our simple purchase. Good idea. Saved a lot of time.

Well hey I was told by my car accident and then I got overcharged on windshield wipers just want to let you guys know that you better get your wallet out before I would suggest going to another place first and pricing them out before you buy here. But I don't think you're going to go broke cuz they're in a very convenient location. You see these guys think they can just slide along with you know charging people 50 bucks for people who don't know any better like me but you know if there's going to be hell to pay eventually. I also wanted to comment on hello to critique man that was beautiful I love that no deodorant thing that was a hoot.

In-N-Out quick, they actually had an old school cigarette lighter the pop up kind, $5:00 the checkout guy had some jokes it was quick and painless. Only time I've ever been there but I'd go back if I was in the neighborhood and needed something .

Visited today (Thanksgiving) to have my battery and charging system tested. Was immediately greeted and helped by a young man was very pleasant. Tested my system and showed me the results. Grabbed some coolant and was immediately rang up. Probably the best auto parts store experience I've ever had! Kudos!

I just want to say that this store gave me the greatest service satisfaction a customer needs. I had just came from Walmart (Federal Way), when I was told that they do not install hubcaps, I can buy them but I would be left with putting them in. I don't know anything about putting hubcaps. ? I got on my phone and Googled "hubcaps" when AutoZone popped up, so I called them up and I was told they can put them in. So I headed there (AutoZone Burien) and I was greeted by this nice young man (Keilan), very polite. After I decided which set of hubcaps I wanted and paid for it. The old lady that he was helping prior to me came back with something, so she must have just gotten something from her car. Keilan, did not ignore me he reassured me that as soon as he's done helping the old lady, he will put the hubcaps in for me. When another guy (Christopher), came out and Keilan asked him to help me. ?%✔️?customer satisfaction. ?

Keith at the Burien AutoZone was awesome! He made me feel better about not knowing anything about batteries- he was so patient and changed it out for me. Definitely recommend!

Been coming here like 2 years all the time since it’s near my work and I always need something. Usually everyone is friendly. It’s busy sometimes which is fine because I get it my work is way busier so it doesn’t bother me. I was in today grabbing some stuff and had a normal check out and the guy randomly told me. “I hope your day gets better” in a super rude and negative tone. I was patient with him and everything I was so confused. This guy just hate his life even though he makes more than most people I know. Fortunately I wasn’t bothered but I definitely later in felt like slapping the hell out of him for that

KEVIN, is amazing! Long story short, alternator went out and ruined my battery as well.. bought a new one (remanufactured) and it didn’t work. Came down to get it tested to confirm it was the alternator. He came out and helped me with the whole thing! After a long week of feeling defeated. Extremely patient and helpful! His patience unmatched. Treat him well! He’s definitely an asset. The team was awesome, it shows in leadership! Thank you again!

Saturday the 21st I bought 1 tool to remove spark plugs, I paid and they asked me for my phone number, they have it registered. I didn't use the tool. I came on Sunday to return the tool. junk just to her
