Zach and his team were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Was able to schedule a move within a day or two which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

No,no,no. Don't hire this company unless you like creating chaos for yourself, being treated like a throwaway client, and love it when a company won't go the extra mile, but prefer to, maybe ,go the extra inch. I requested a move from my two-bedroom apartment to another two bedroom, both in Seattle. Even before they came, I was having misgivings. As soon as my job was locked in, their tone changed from reasonably cordial to brusque. I was not as organized as I had hoped I would be, but that didn't even matter, because the company had scheduled another move right after mine! No one from the office explained to me that this was the case, because if they had, I would not have hired them. They completed what they did quickly (although they dropped my hospital bed and this one isn't even heavy!), but they were focused on the times stated on the bid. At one point, the leader of the three said he could stay another half hour, but after that, they were off. His attitude was unhelpful bordering on rude.I was more than willing to pay whatever it took to move me completely. As it was, I was left with 3/4 of my stuff still to be moved. I felt like I had been sucker-punched. I had to scramble like h@ll to find a team willing to come the following day. I lucked out and found a better, less expensive, helpful and respectful moving company. What a difference! How can I speak about B&Z's value when I got less than half a move? No, no, no. They underestimate time in order to get the business and then put your move on the clock, tick tock times up. "We have to go now." In the end the leader demanded "And how are you going to pay for this because the terms say you must pay when we're done." Of course I paid them, even though in my world, they were miles from being done. What a big mess they left me with AND NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO COME BACK and complete the move. Of course it would cost more, but they clearly didn't want to finish the job. I'm still fuming and it happened three days ago.

What could have been a disaster wasn’t because of Joey, Isaiah and Zach and his family. Long story short is Joey and Isiah stayed pass the projected move time and Zach, one of the owners and his family came out to help finish the job. Only .005% of the people in this state would ever think of doing anything like this to help finish a move. I still can’t believe what they did to help finish the job. Thank you.

Such a great experience. It was easy to schedule my move through Yelp - Zach was extremely responsive, professional and provided a reasonable quote. The movers arrived timely and moved everything EXTREMELY quickly - literally running to pack as quickly as possible (even though they were being paid hourly). They were kind, efficient and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and they beat the quoted price by over $50.

I can't say enough good about my experience with B & Z Moving! J Joey, Quenton, and Zac were professional, super hard-working, careful with fragile items, and did everything with great 'n kind attitudes throughout! That's a tough job they have and they do it with smiles! They were on-time, communicative, and came in as quoted. Hire these Guys- they're excellent!

Joey & Rich were very efficient and fast paced. I appreciate them being genuine. They marked exact times they got there and ended, which felt very respectful when I know they could easily round numbers up. They don’t try to take advantage of you and string out the hours, they truly try to get done as quick as possible. All of our things made it safely, nothing broken. They got everything inside exactly where I wanted it.

I have moved more than most people and these are by far the best movers in the Seattle area. There prices are the best, the way they time things always works out well and everyone that works for them has been very polite and respectful. Hopefully I never need to move again, but I recommend them to everyone else who needs to.

Went with this place because they had the illusion of transparency and trustworthiness but they were beyond unprofessional. I hired 3 movers for the move of a 250sf studio apt to another just 10 minutes down the road. The first red flag was the movers encouraging me to go do other things while they moved and insisted they didn't need me to stick around. Second was how long it took them. For 3 dudes it should not have taken almost 4 hours for such a small move although they blamed the fact they had to "share the elevator" at both locations (it was middle of a weekday and I rarely run into to people in either buildings). When I managed to peak at what they were doing I saw them slowly walking two small items at a time, one in each hand, at the pace of a casual jaunt in the park. They took their sweet time, no doubt to rack up the price as they are paid hourly. I expected efficiency, professional moving equipment, and a respect for my time and money. The new building I'm in has a trolley which they eventually used and left in my apt full of items for me to unload myself when they were done. Also, they very clearly snooped through my belongings looking for toilet paper. The item was not obviously placed so I can only imagine how many boxes they went through. Very creepy and unprofessional. Accidents happen but I expected preparedness or communication vs. looking through my things. Overall very disappointed, I feel taken advantage of, and I'm out almost $600 for something I could have done myself with a friend. I emailed them about all this and they said they'd "look into it". Never heard back.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with B&Z Moving. First off, Zac, the owner, is incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind! He answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and listened to my concerns. He was very thorough with the move-in estimate, and the whole online process was very convenient. He even sent me a reminder email before my move to help was my anxiety, and included some tips to make the movers more efficient. I hired three movers: Joey, Garrett, and Dillon. They WERE AMAZING!! First off, the were so communicative about their arrival time, arriving on time! I had a difficult parking situation for their moving truck, but they made it work with no complaints. Secondly, and the most important part, THEY WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF!!! They were SO efficient in moving, I cannot believe they got the truck loaded up for a one bedroom apartment in less than an hour. That is unreal. They were all sweaty because of how hard and efficient they were working, and I am so beyond grateful. Then we got to the move destination, they made it there right after I did, no dilly-dallying. I knew that the move-in would be difficult, it was three floors up with narrow staircases and no elevator. These three guys took it with absolutely no complaints or anything!!! They were such champs about it. Again, it was a bad parking situation, and they worked around it. They wasted absolutely no time in getting started. All I had to do was tell them where to put the boxes/furniture, and they were soooo good about following my instructions. They even helped with moving my furniture to the exact spot I wanted it. After everything was said and done, they beat the estimate, and I paid $100 less than I expected too. They are an incredible team and company, and I would recommend them over and over again. I will definitely be using B&Z Moving the next time I move. Thank you so, so, so much, Zac, Joey, Garrett, and Dillion! I am so grateful for all of the hard and efficient work you guys did!!! P.S. There was a bad review about Joey on here, and I want to counter that with this: Joey is the kindest, most compassionate, and hard working mover I have ever worked with. I can't imagine that the other review on here about Joey was talking about the same person.

Broke the most important item I was moving. I know accidents happen, but this was the piece I stressed about the most and made me want to hire movers in the first place. I brought this piece up first thing when requesting this service. So I wouldn't recommend them if you're moving special items or pieces like this. The item is a dresser covered in mirrors, I've attached the photo of damage. Apparently the drawers slid out as they moved it to their truck. (Which seems like a beginners mistake to me?) The movers were nice and felt bad about breaking it, but it was unfortunately bad service for what I requested. Also, probably minor in comparison, but one of the movers didn't wash his hands after using my bathroom, which I just thought was gross... bathroom etiquette, folks! Everything else was just okay, not good or exceptional. They took apart and put back the bed and tightened up the legs on the now broken dresser. The mattress was dirty, so don't expect protection for that, but it wasn't a big deal to me. The boxes that I labeled weren't all moved to the correct room. I know moving is hard, so I'd look around elsewhere for someone who treats your items with care! Good luck out there!

I was so happy with my choice for a moving company! Originally I had 3 people scheduled for my move, but only 2 were able to make it- but they did it in the same amount of time! The two guys - Jr was incredibly helpful and professional! I moved from a studio to a studio and it took them about 3 hours- and that was with one of the places not having an elevator and the other only having one elevator for a 17 story building!

Smooth moving day thanks to Danny and Isaiah! They arrived on time, were careful with our bulky furnitures, and re-assembled them safely after arrival. The slope in front of our house prevented the truck from driving all the way in, so they had to carry everything for the final 100 yds to the door, but they were very professional about it.
