I was walking by with my dog and this guy was totally out of pocket yelling at a short lady by the door. They had been closed for maybe 10 minutes at that point and he was hella heated they wouldnt reopen just for him as if he's so special that the hours don't apply to him. Anyway, she was a champ and didn't get mad back, just calming saying they can't assist as they're closed and they need to let people out that had been there since before they closed. Not sure what the dudes problem was but his poor planning isn't their fault and they were super kind even while getting yelled at. I don't know who you are short lady, but way to stand up to a bully!

I have been to this branch on many occasions and each time I go it is always a very quick and pleasurable experience by knowledgeable staff and I have never had any complaints at all. I am so happy to have this location close by and once again their service cannot be beat
