horrible disgusting despicable public service from a lady that answered phone who was abhorrently rude and refused to tell me her name and her supervisor name at corporate office and she even had the audacity to overtalk me repeating the same thing over &over again & never answering my very first initial question and she hung phone up right in middle of conversation not even listening to me and then she puts on voicemail and refuses to answer my phone call to this store,i highly recommend everybody go to other burien store which has very nice public service representative that answers the phone and listens to the potential customer

april 13th 2023thank you! thank you! thank you nelly!when i 1st came into the store, i know i confused the heck out of her!!!i would to thank you nelly for staying professional & curteous, for your patience. and not just nelly the whole management team. that helped with my phone situation. sometimes we as customers can be a bit much thank you all i appreciate everything and so much more... the smallest things go a long way

Very disappointed with the service. The manager and staff are NOT knowledgeable about the ACP program Boost offers and are NO HELP AT ALL. I will post this review everywhere possible. Stay away from this store and BOOST.

They are never there! they take extended breaks and just watch customers wait outside..Things happen, but they make a habit of it.People are counting on you, I went back three times today and at 1:25 they were still not back.Very frusterating.

I went hear bout 2 weeks ago she had no knowledge of anything in the store. Came back today.. now this is the issue I had. Me and my love went today to this plaza in burien.. let me tell you... I felt so insulted. We pull in... She done this before by the way.. but pull in the parking lot. Notice a "will return" sign said at 415pm... It was 330 so we go to Ross and do other things and come back at 417pm... Sign still there but moved to 425... We like ummm what?? He knocks on the door to see if she answers... Nothing gets in the car and waits... Now it's 440 he tries again... She stands from her office chair or whatever holding her sandwich as to say her sandwich was more important than making the store some money and helping us as we had already waited so long to be help. She done this before too. But hey went to the one off 1st avenue and I'm good. Think it's time to switch customer service is terrible.

I would rather have covid than deal with them any more. The lady in this store is a pathological liar. She charged me $92 to switch from xfinity to boost yet she couldn't activate my unlocked iPhone to work with their network and I was required to buy a phone from their store to continue the serviceToday (3 days after joining boost mobile) I have had to switch to Verizon. But even in the switching moment, we kept calling boost customer service for my boost account number and they kept giving us wrong account number until Verizon called them directly.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to this store and save yourself from Boost's stupid customer service! They are not worth it. Stay clear find another provider .I would like to find enough people to take Boost to court. I hate them.useless ???

I checked the IMEI on my phone with their website to verify that it will work with their system. Brought my phone to the store and paid their $45 signup charge/fee or whatever you call it. Now I have unlimited talk,text, and 1 gig data for $10 a month. AWESOME. Happy as a clam. You cannot beat this deal. Thank you Boost. PS, I originally tried two other locations, got frustrated waiting and left. This location on corner of 1st and 128th was perfect and the lady knew what she was doing. Obviously, they have phones there too if you want to buy one. Recommended.
