TODAY WAS RUDELY HORRIBLE BECAUSE THE LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE HUNG UP ON ME & OVERTALKED ME AND JUST KEPT ASKING ME CAN I ANSWER ANYTHING ELSE WITHOUT ANSWERING MY FIRST QUESTION AND REFUSED TO TELL ME HER NAME AND CORPORATE SUPERVISOR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER,PUBLIC SERVICE OVER PHONE WITH HER IS A BIG FAT ZERO ++++++++++++++++0

horrible disgusting despicable public service from a lady that answered phone who was abhorrently rude and refused to tell me her name and her supervisor name at corporate office and she even had the audacity to overtalk me repeating the same thing over &over again & never answering my very first initial question and she hung phone up right in middle of conversation not even listening to me and then she puts on voicemail and refuses to answer my phone call to this store,i highly recommend everybody go to other burien store which has very nice public service representative that answers the phone and listens to the potential customer

I got robbed! I paid my regular monthly charge of $42 then a week later I moved and my internet couldn't be installed for over another week. I work from home so I needed more data and purchased the $60 hotspot plan.At that moment ALL my data/internet dropped for 8 days!! They said the only workaround was to purchase another $30 data pack. Against my better judgement I purchased a $30 add-on. To their credit that solved the issue and my normal service was restored. They insulted me by offering only $10 off my next bill... I made several requests but only got $12 off my next.After hours on the phone with them, I decided to cut my lossesNow I'm looking for a new carrier after 23 years with Virgin Mobile..

april 13th 2023thank you! thank you! thank you nelly!when i 1st came into the store, i know i confused the heck out of her!!!i would to thank you nelly for staying professional & curteous, for your patience. and not just nelly the whole management team. that helped with my phone situation. sometimes we as customers can be a bit much thank you all i appreciate everything and so much more... the smallest things go a long way

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Boost Mobile store on the planet and apparently are scammers, as well. The young woman working was beyond rude when I tried to return the phone that I bought from HER the very next day after purchasing.I kept getting locked out of my phone, no one could tell me why, so I simply wanted to return the phone and either get a different phone or a refund all together. She told me that they don’t accept returns even though it said in bold print on my receipt that phones can be returned within 7 days. I was not informed of the NO REFUND POLICY when purchasing.When I asked why I wasn’t informed that I wouldn’t be able to return before I made my payment, her response was “People just don’t ever return phones.” She then insisted on acting like I was crazy for trying to return the phone and when she explains to me why it said otherwise directly on my receipt her response was “We don’t do that at this location.”After many hours wasted calling Boost customer service, getting hung up on time after time, having to explain my situation more times than I could count to several different customer service representatives, I was eventually told the location I bought my phone from is a franchise and it doesn’t have to accept returns… Never in my life have I heard of such a SCAM from a phone provider.I continued to contact Boost customer service in hopes that someone could help me report this location and finally got my case escalated by a representative who told me what this store did was illegal and that this location was being reported. I lost so many hours of my time simply trying to get my money back for this terrible phone that I’ve been stuck with for 1 year now… I had no other choice but to stay with Boost for the rest of the year, because I would have wasted the several hundreds of dollars I spent on this phone since you can’t even sell it until after one full year. Now it has a cracked screen, so it can’t even be sold.It has been such a headache and beyond disappointing that nothing was ever done. I would never recommend this location or Boost Mobile in general to anyone. The cheap(ish) bill is NOT worth the terrible service or the worst customer service experience of my life. 10/10 would not recommend.

The worst service the girls are rude and I even gave her a $20 tip before we started to procedures and she just was a slug she was dragging her feet wouldn't give me no good service I wish I would have burned that $20 right in front of her I'll never go back there again literally never don't waste your time

I bought a new phone the young lady that worked there didn't seem too excited or motivated and I didn't know that you don't get the block to charge your phone the cord plugs into she didn't even offer so when I went home I did not have one for the new C charger it was C end to C end. I use my phone for business so I wasn't very happy because they were already closed so I have no way of charging my phone

Everytime I go in the same young lady is distracted, rude and acts like I'm interrupting something, usually I hate the up sale, but I would prefer that over acting as if you don't even want the sale.
