My car had major repairs that required patience. Finally, the repairs were done. The staff were polite and interactive all through. My ride is now very smooth. However, the transmission is producing some strange sounds and I hope this will not lead another major issue.

I want to share that before buying my first new truck, I went to seven different dealerships — and not a single person came out to help me. I don’t know if it was because I’m Latino, but it was disappointing.
At Burien Chevrolet, it was the complete opposite. I didn’t wait even a minute before someone approached me and asked, “How can I help you?” That made a huge difference.
Since then, the experience has only gotten better. Kevin, my sales guy, has always been friendly, flexible, and never pushy. And in finance, “Red” — I call him Canelo like the boxer — was incredibly kind and found solutions for every request I had, making sure I left truly satisfied.
This is now the second SUV I’ve purchased from them, and once again, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Burien Chevrolet for their excellent communication, respect, and genuine customer care.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I felt completely disregarded as a client, and the level of care was unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I highly recommend choosing a different business altogether.
