I have been going to these guys for 17 years and they are always helpful and knowledgeable about all issues I have presented to them. It is really nice to find a car parts store that has \\\"old\\\" heads in it and not the newbies that know nothing.

purchased a starter that i spent more on than any other auto parts store maybe with exception to napa. got the starter home to discover that i was sold the WRONG starter. after putting my old worn out starter back into my car (only vehicle) to get the correct starter the next day, the starter goes out on me 7 months later. i know it's my responsibility to keep the receipt, but every other parts store i've EVER been to in my entire life keeps my info in their computer. needless to say, this store did NOT. i'm forced to do business with autozone..... really any store that holds my info. i will never do business with a store that does not hold my info. funny thing is, they had my name and phone number in their computers, but no purchases. interesting.....
