I live in Tacoma but still stop here on my way home. The customer service, always excellent. Brian never forgets my”regular” requests, is always super friendly and accommodating. Prices are comparable. I will keep coming back, as I have been for several years.

Just left this place to get cigars that was very overly priced. I inquired about the price and the cashier was very rude. He started yelling at me to get out of his store because of the question. I stayed to try to talk with him, basically stating your not going yell at me and put me out for asking question. The manager came out tried to calm the employee but told me to leave because his employee was so upset. I was told never to come back! Trust me I will not be back to this over priced store with all stale products!

Was at the shop at 1:47 went to the smoke shop with my friend and she wasn’t being rude at all and the younger man got made because she was asking a simple question about the prices and he started to raise his voice getting made and started to speak a different language with his coworker kicking us out of the store and tried saying we was lieing about his actions this is not how u treat customers at all. He had an attitude earlier when I came in got a vape also.

They never fail to have exactly what I want AND need. Brian does a great job, as well as every other guy I've met behind the desk. They're kind while also being no nonsense, which is a plus especially working right near a Safeway. It's an area that doesn't always have the best people, and I'm glad y'all are still in business. I can't go to another market or gas station when I have y'all, and you always have more at better prices.

Extremely rude and prejudiced individuals. They throw money at me every time I go in throw my product that I'm buying at me every time I go in there!

Very rude, poor service. There's literally dozens of other options and I'll go to those instead, where they will gladly accept my money in exchange for goods, without wasting my time playing games, simply because they don't like how I was pointing at the goods to order them. It's a very simple, low skill business model, and they still managed to fail at it. They're delighted to chase off my business, and I'm delighted to oblige.

Would never support this business ever tf again. Young Asian man that work there was extremely rude. Me and my friends were talking amongst each other in regards to which flavor vape we wanted to purchase store associate was standing over the counter on the phone trying to rush us and saying rude comments about a conversation we were having amongst ourselves in regards to the vape then when we made our decision we told him the flavors and he started getting loud saying just say the flavor. Horrible experience will never return all his review are bad and I see why due to the customer service would strongly recommend you buy your tobacco needs elsewhere.
