Nancy was helpful in every way. In addition to being friendly and quick to help, she was patient with my elderly mother and was willing to herself contact Cricket Customer Service to have another family member's phone unlocked who moved out of country. She was not obligated to do that, but understands how laborious it can be when a customer has to jump through all the corporate customer service hoops. Excellent service.

I've been trying to call for 45 minutes to go over and over and over and finally they just turned off their phone just need to ask a quick question and yet not one time after calling approximately 20 times in a row not one time they can pick up the phone horrible customer service

This store needs new employees On Wednesday. I went in to add a line a guy name Enrique was helping me and he was being super rude with a stank attitude while the other employee was just on her phone. Do better cricket

Staff is incredibly unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to say anything when people come into the building. They just stare at you like you shouldn't be there.
The lady with the forearm tattoo seems angry she has to do all the work while the other two just stand there silently.
Tattoo lady also didn't want to do her job at all. She asked questions in a condescending tone, and then said "I don't want to go through the whole process" so I just took my stuff and ordered a sim card online.
Avoid this place. Just do it online.

This rating is more for for Cricket Wireless the company and not so much for this shop; however, they are unreachable, so I am forced to leave my rating here. The workers at the store were not very interested in solving the problem. They told me to call Cricket Wireless back. So the story begins: My phone was marked as lost or stolen. I found the phone without a SIM Card. I tried to activate a new SIM card and they said the card was bad. I purchased a new sim card on their website. It arrived. You still said it was bad and that I had to go to the Cricket Store. The store said that only the people on the phone can help. I called in and they said that they would put in an order to a supervisor. For the next 30 days, I called CricketWireless and spoke with 40 or 50 agents. About 25% of them just hung up the phone when I explained the issue. In the end, the issue was on their end. After not having service for 30 days, they offered me a $5 refund and then a $10 refund when I told them where to put the refund. The customer support team did have a few polite sounding people; however, for the most part, I was yelled at and simply disconnected.
