This rating is more for for Cricket Wireless the company and not so much for this shop; however, they are unreachable, so I am forced to leave my rating here. The workers at the store were not very interested in solving the problem. They told me to call Cricket Wireless back. So the story begins: My phone was marked as lost or stolen. I found the phone without a SIM Card. I tried to activate a new SIM card and they said the card was bad. I purchased a new sim card on their website. It arrived. You still said it was bad and that I had to go to the Cricket Store. The store said that only the people on the phone can help. I called in and they said that they would put in an order to a supervisor. For the next 30 days, I called CricketWireless and spoke with 40 or 50 agents. About 25% of them just hung up the phone when I explained the issue. In the end, the issue was on their end. After not having service for 30 days, they offered me a $5 refund and then a $10 refund when I told them where to put the refund. The customer support team did have a few polite sounding people; however, for the most part, I was yelled at and simply disconnected.

if I could leave and no stars, I would every time I go to that store, there's a hand road sign in the door, saying out for lunch and it will be up for hours. No one is ever there!!!

Nancy was great and super fast despite being the only person in the store with a line of customers. She acknowledged everyone upon arrival, assisted us as quickly as she could, and maintained professionalism, and most of all, kindness while handling the our needs.I recommend this store for her professionalism and care for quality customer service.

The service was great but this morning when we woke up we realized we had no service on our phones they have been shut off because it said lack of payment which we always have our payment taken out automatic so we had to pay an additional $30 to have it turned back on I wish I would get back to us so we can adjust this

I had a great experience at this location to be specific it was with a young lady who is new to that location if I remember correctly her name is Lourdes. For starters I was being very rude because I was having a bad day which I later apologized for. I usually don't have bad days, but this young lady is a beautiful reminder to not "Sweat the little stuff". Her happy willing to help attitude shines, Her customer service and the way she paid attention from the moment I walked into the door she greeted me with a smile which really made me forget about the day that I was having.... so I bought a phone. It's amazing how one person can help remind you of the bigger picture in life. Overall she's a wonderful addition to this location congratulations to the man that hired her this experience was unique for me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Was at the store 20 minutes before closing and there was a line of people, we all patiently waited, once the clock hit 7 the 1 person working she announced that the doors where about to locked & unless we were paying a phone bill that she wouldn't be able to help. Maybe I'm harsh here but I think the person working could have easily took a moment 20 minutes before closing and mentioned that once closing time came, we weren't going to be helped, saving me 20 minutes of waiting for nothing. I even thought to myself since she hadn't said anything before 7 that the folks waiting would be helped to learn different once that clock reached closing time.

I went in and waited for over an hour because a phone I got less than a week ago stopped working I just wanted to switch it for the same phone the lady wanted me to pay a 25 dollar restocking fee for a phone that wasn't even going to go back on the shelf even though it was within the 7 days finally she called her manager and he said just to do an exchange but she didn't even know how to do that so now I have to go back at 3 who leaves a store in charge to someone that can't even do an exchange

I really wish I remembered her name but she was the sweetest person ever! They didn't have the phone I wanted but she ended up helping me pick out a phone and I absolutely love it!
