This is a great facilities! It has all I am looking for to achieve my fitness goals. Awesome equipment, very clean, and best of all. a friendly staff! Special shout out to Jo, who came in on a Sunday morning to let me in to get my fob so I could so my legs. Love ATF!

Supportive community atmosphere, we have a ton of fun and make each other better. Really enjoy how everyone pushes me harder than I think I can. The atmosphere is about moving your body and being smart with your form as opposed to purely being competitive although there is playful competition as well!
