Crystal is not the nicest saloon on the planet but they do accept walk-ins, do a decent job on your nails and charge moderately. The big positive is that there is no wait time which means a lot to me. I went yesterday for a pedicure and loved how she did it.

I usually rarely leave any reviews about a business but this ONE!!!! horribly horrible service and customer service! These nail techs need ti go back to the drawing board!! because this is not it!! this was the day after nails done!!!! Never have i ever!!!!

My usual salon was booked for 2 entire weeks, so one day I went to ross and passed by this horrible place and I was like ok why not, what's the worst that can happen. BUT OH MY GOD the lady was so rude and aggresive. In 2 minutes she told me it's done and I was like what????. She made a terrible job and my face was way too red. She looked mad as hell. Didn't like her vibes at all. I hated the place. Worst 10 bucks I have spended.Service: Waxing

This place has to be a money laundering front, this is literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life and I would NEVER go back. How tf have they stayed open when no one there knows how to do nails is beyond me. I stopped for a quick fix of a broken nail, I never go anywhere but HV nails but it was an emergency fix. The man made my nail twice as long as all my others, lumpy and sooo ugly I just left and tried to file it down myself. Don’t go here they are awful

I watched the lady wash the foot file under water in the sink and put in the light machine. That's not enough to sanitize. I went it to get a chipped pedicure fixed the next day told the lady can you just take off the polish on my big toe that was the only that needed fixing. All the ladies working there starting shouting to her in their language no take off no take off. Essentially they were telling her if she removes the polish on my one toe to start over its considered a pedicure and they wanted to charge me more money.

Specifically requested extra glue when receiving a fresh full set, I've had to go back twice for repairs and the nail that was just "repaired" yesterday the tip just fell off and I use repaired loosely because it was cracking from the right and he just put glue on top of it instead of doing a fresh nail. Won't be back not to mention they don't mind just leaving you sitting in a cold bowl of water in the middle of your pedicure because somebody showed up for an appointment 10 minutes earlyService: Nail extensions

Unsanitary, sloppy work. The first time she got nail polish all over my cuticles and surrounding skin which I asked to clean it up. A nail tech should know how to paint nails right. The 2nd time, they had old water sitting in all the pedicure basins for who knows how long. I told them I want fresh water and I won't put my feet in there. She insisted "I should try" but finally got new water after I refused to put my feet in the stale water. Then came shellac removal, on my right foot the drill hit my skin and on the second foot it did even worse almost cutting me. I stopped service and left. I'm not risking an infection, cuts or a bad paint job here. I didn't even realize the reviews were so bad, I just came here since it didn't have a long wait now I know why and I'll never come back.

I was furious at the disrespect of the workers to my grandmother. there very rude and careless. lack professionalism and their work does not meet your basic expectations. they threatened to kick her out when she expressed her need for them to fix there mistake. save yourself a trip and don't even bother coming here. she's been coming for a while and I begged her to stop being disrespected by them. shocked their still open for business.
