The lady, Hazel, who works in the pharmacy just finished yelling at my husband on the phone regarding a prescription. They have the worst customer service at this store and really don't care at all....but is anyone else really better??????

The whole store is locked up and and you need an associate to get just about anything. The associates are always busy and you end up standing around waiting to be able to buy what you come for. The employees are great. They are understaffed and there is only so much that they can do. If only they had some support from corporate..
I do not have enough time in my day to list all of the issues that I have with this company. Sadly I get the best deal through them so I have no choice but to take it.

I needed a prescription filled and was treated horrible at the drive up window. I was told to come inside because I was taking too long. My insurance wouldn't over the medicine and I was told by my Dr to use the GoodRX discount. They were having trouble getting it to work, this gale was telling me to download the app, but i already had a card... I didn't understand, she told me to come inside, which I could barely walk so that was not a good option and then she started literally yelling at me until someone inside took the microphone from her to help me. I will never do any business with the Burien CVS again. The employee behavior was extreme and I had never been treated so horribly as I was today. I went to a different pharmacy and had my prescription transferred.

I feel that based on my interactions with Truan and the things he said to me that I feel not only did he discriminate based on my race but disability and religion.After I brought to Truan's attention (because he is suppose to be a pharmacist) that his fellow staff member who is also Asian as well, violated HIPAA by using my name and calling my medications in front of everyone he berated and deeply insulted me and my religion. As I walked away he called after me using these obscene abuse of power he was in support of and misused his credentials as a pharmacist.I cannot sit back in 2024 and let someone who is in control over my health prescriptions get away with the misappropriations and call themselves a pharmacist and exhibit 1960's dismissive behavior in February 2024.

Worst cvs so far! It takes them FOREVER to fill a medication. Last time it took the 2 hours for a medication of a 5yo, today 4 hours and a half for eye drops… why do I even bother going there, only God knows.
