CVS is okay I wish they had more employees there in the store to help you it's really hard to shopping buy things when there's under lock and key also I wish the pharmacy wouldn't take so long to get anything ready

Would give 0 stars if I could. Pharmacy had several employees working, I waited for 10 minutes as the only customer in line and no one in the drive through, with a few minutes to go until “lunch” employee stepped up to check me out. However, they told me I’d have to come back after their lunch if I wanted my insurance added to my prescriptions. Wouldn’t do anything to help but told me to come back later. I checked out with one prescription I needed but will have to come back later to add the insurance on the other one. I’d pass on this location and find another pharmacy.

CVS is a little difficult to navigate if you don't know what you are doing. They do have good features of printing out coupons and calling when a prescription is ready.

Customer service is less than zero ... first you tell your information to a computer after 5 minutes on the phone making sure that you punched in the correct info for the computer . then it will tell you that someone will call you back . after 30 minutes or so a person called me back, SHE WAS very rude from the begining and didnt even let me talk to tell her what was my issue, started telling me I dont know the medication that I have been taking for the past 25 years. she was arguing and was very loud and yelling at me, honestly if you dont like your job QUIT!.
After few minutes of her ordeal I end up asking her to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold for 10 minutes .. I finally hung up. didnt get an answer from them .

I have noticed any time I have to get a prescription from them , it is never ready in timely manner. unfortunately they are the closest pharmacy to me otherwise I would never set my foot to that store...

The staff here are actually extremely helpful and kind. This has not been my experience at a lot of other pharmacies. They have a tough job and you just have to realize they deal with rude people all day.

Waited 2 days for a prescription pick up and we had to call multiple times to reach someone. Employees were no help. They told us the medication is over the counter and we can come pick up at anytime, but it's NOT. Employees are just lazy and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy.

Need new employees: bad at customer service, worse at their actual job. Employees can use a refresher on basic customer service skills and new computer and insurance training.

Never a prescription on time. Even if your script is set up in their system they can't get it filled unless you call and harass them for it....then maybe the next day. Unfortunately they are close to my house and I am stuck with them.
I am adding to the original review and removing a star since things continue to go downhill at this pharmacy. Seriously I do not understand. You are ALWAYS on hold at least 15 minutes and people answering are grouchy at best mostly down right rude. I have contacted their headquarters to beg something be done to help as the staff seems overwhelmed with every encounter.
