I have been going to discount tire for as long as I have lived in the area. When we got a used car, Discount Tire was one of the first places we took it to ensure we could were safe on our tires. They always try to help you out, they are realistic about what you need and it doesn't feel like a big push to upsell for no reason.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience here was exceptionally bad. I attempted to call in and was put on hold twice for 30 minutes.. fine it's busy. I came in instead (to an empty lobby) and was eventually helped in about 10min. I was able to have my tires put on, but when I went to pickup my car I noticed both my side skirt and brand new front bumper had large deep scratches. Incredibly disappointed with the service and experience here. I would take your car somewhere else.

I usually go here to check my air and I had to unfortunately come back because the guy didn’t tighten my air caps on so we lost one on the back right tire. When I came back to get some caps to cover the valve the same guy put it on yesterday then I notice today my front right wheel cap was loose and the same back right air cap was still gone. So he either didnt even put one on or keeps loosening them on purpose. I didnt have this problem till I came to the burien discount tires. Very disappointed and will not come back.

Been doing business with Discount Tires in Burien, WA for years. They do excellent work. Recently had the tires rotated and balanced there, and they caught the start of a bubble on the sidewall of one tire, and had the replacement tire in stock. This, right before I’m going on a roadtrip. Now I’ve got peace of mind.

Came in for a flat tire they got it fixed in under 30 minutes. Talked to three different people and everyone was super nice and incredibly helpful.

I went to get tires replaced, and despite some issues and unexpected damage, John and TJ were absolutely incredible every step of the way in resolving any problems I experienced, and made sure I was made whole. Despite the initial visit ending less than wonderfully, the experience I had showed that this store does in fact work for their customers to get them what they asked for and paid for, no matter what happens.

Great spot. Managers who name I can’t remember, Mark? Mike? Frank? Something like that—had me in and out. Prices were the best in town. Get the warranty, it’s worth it. If I need tires I’m definitely coming back as I have been doing for the last 5 years.

They made life so much simpler. Order from TireRack 48hrs ahead of time, set an appointment. An hour later and for under $100 my tired are mounted and balanced. Everyone was quick, kind, and professional. Kudos to the store manager and their team.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation. Upon arrival they told me that I needed an alignment, a service they don’t perform. However they said that a tire rotation was a good idea. I waited over an hour before they finally pulled the truck into the shop, only to be told that because it needed an alignment it would be “unsafe” to rotate the tires. I’ve bought tires there for 20 years. If you need cheap tires they are ok . Any other services are just a ploy to sell tires. I’m driving me with them.

Staff is pleasant, explained the tire repair patches process, re-checked 2 times with a very slow, initially occult leak on Thursday morning 9am before memorial weekend; moderately busy. No appointment.
