If I could put minus stars I would. How is a company going to Tresspass customers who pay for their stuff?!! My best guess is that they pegged me for homeless and ADEUMED I somehow was stealing. Even though I went to the register and PAID IN CASH for everything I picked up. And Not An answer from any manager how this happened.

I don’t feel safe parking my car or shopping here cause they allow drug addicts to sit by the doors and beg for fix money, either hire security or tell them to leave

You know the only thing bad I can say about the dollar store is that it’s not the dollar store it’s the dollar 25 store so I don’t know other than that. I go here to get a few essentials just because everywhere else it’s three times the price I don’t know why that’s fair but thank you dollar store. I I love the garlic bread.

After seeing this rude cashier snap at a young lady because of a language barrier then laugh at her as she's leaving the store, I'll spend the extra few dollars in gas to find another store. She has no attention for her job; I asked for one of my dollars back so I should use change, she proceeded to give me change. I reiterated that I wanted to exchange the change back for one of my dollars, she replied "N I'm not doing that, it's time for my break!" I left $.03 on the counter and told her to use it to get a better attitude.

Management or corporate management….! What is wrong with this store? They are never stocked. Ever. And it is way understaffed. U can be waiting in line to check out for a good 45 minutes…. Regularly. The store is messy. Like always. It NEVER has basic item, much less the viral stuff that u see in tik tok videos and YouTube. Yeah good luck finding anything cool. They haven’t had eyelashes for about three months now. Chargers and wall plugs about six months. I mean they were even out of bandaids the other day. Gloves for the winter?? GOOD LUCK. they have none. They have no winter hats. No adult socks. No regular elastic hair ties. I mean what is really going on???? I NEVER go to this store if I want to find something I saw on social media. I go out of my way to go to a farther one because this store either doesnt know how to stock or doesn’t know how to inventory. If I was managing this store there would be HUGE changes because this is an embarrassment. And why is it so messy all the time?? Do the employees actually clean while they don’t stock? Cause if u look in like let’s say the craft section, you can clearly see they just threw inventory wherever they could. They stuffed stuff here, piled it here. It looks like a garage sale that many people rummaged through and mixed stuff up and then left it like that for days. It’s always the same. If u look where the fabric is ( the fabric u can barely find cause it’s stuffed underneath the stickers along with vinyl sheets and other odds and ends) I mean this area is a MESS. anything down that aisle is a complete mess. Do they have any practice stocking anything and doing it in a way that is pleasant to the eye and neat and organized and tidy and easy for customers? Cause I swear they just shove stuff wherever they feel like it. No kind of organization and that’s IF and I do mean a big IF they even stock. Can u please get eyelashes, chargers and wall plugs and for gods sake bandaids, rubberbands, etc etc. I mean I could go on and on about all the stuff this store is missing on a consistent basis. The one good thing I will say about the store is that the cashiers are relatively friendly and nice. But that’s it. Seriously though, inventory issues up the wazoo. And no one can clean.

I BOUGHT A GIFT CARD THAT HAD THE PIN RIPPED OFF AND THE CASHIER SAW AND DID NOTHING. THE CARD IS NON REFUNDABLE AND I LOST 10 DOLLARS.

It's worth a drive to a different dollar tree, any other dollar tree. This one is staffed really poorly and can't seem to get out of their own way.
