“Integrity. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Worked with Hamid- he previously repaired a hardware issue for my girlfriend’s PC. Fast turnaround, no upselling, fair pricing. Her issue turned out to be a silly one- just a cable that had popped out from its socket in the motherboard. My gaming PC recently died. Just randomly shut down mid game. I couldn’t diagnose the issue and I work in tech so I’m okay at this stuff. Hamid was able to diagnose that a diode on the GPU had fried and could be replaced, sparing me the expense of having to buy a new GPU or entire PC during the worst buyers market ever (GPU / RAM prices). I later called to ask if a PSU replacement would be merited as that is a possible cause of my issue. He was frank and said he tested PSU and mine is healthy. He could have been dishonest and charged me for the part and labor to his own benefit, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity you don’t often see.”

“I bought a Hisense TV from Costco about 2 years ago and the thing died on me out of nowhere. Hisense sent out a repair request and Alpine was out within a couple of days. Alex has been a pleasure to work with, super friendly and knowledgeable, initial replacement parts didn't fix the problem - he was back out in two days to take photos of the unit and I'll be getting a new replacement set. Great experience overall - would highly recommend !”

“I actually called directly to them to verbally praise the excellent repair service! I have owned this amplifier for almost 50 years! I still have the original box and my purchase receipt. In the years of use, I had used it as a pre-amplifier, bypassing the power section, then, I sold it to my brother only to buy it back 10 years later. The unit had noticeable sound issues to include low-volume setting drop-out, clicks and pops switching buttons and loud/horrible scratching sounds raising and lowering the volume. I feared speaker damage. Anyway, I searched for a solution as I didn’t want to dispose of the unit as it (was) at one time a higher quality integrated amplifier. I took the unit in the box to the fix to get repair center in SouthCenter WA. About 3 weeks later, I brought it home, re-installed it, and voila! Sounds unbelievably good! My 2 channel system is custom, having a multi-zone, impedance balanced network. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d notice such a distinction of difference but while I have gone on and on here, I couldn’t be happier, both with the customer service and the performance improvement. 👍👍”

“I had a great experience with Nortech. My LG OLED TV was busted and past the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I called up Nortech and they quickly sent a tech to diagnose. Unfortunately the entire main motherboard had to be replaced, which they ordered and then promptly replaced at my home after it had arrived. They were upfront and accurate with their estimate of the full price to repair. Most importantly, the TV works great now. An added bonus was that they helped me fill out the required form so I could file a claim through my AMEX extended warranty program. I would recommend Nortech anytime I have TV trouble in the future.”
