I came to get my vehicle inspection and they told me i need new tires and that my tires were at a 3 I went to two other places to get a second and third opinion on my tires and they both said I was at a 5. Stupid people. Don’t come here for your inspection

Got there for an uber/lyft inspection and they told me my inspection is failed because of “windshield wiper need to change “ on a 2024 year vehicle
In reality they was totally fine then i went to another shop and they pass the inspection without any problem..!!!
If they fail your inspection because of the wipers just go to another shop.

If I could, I’d give it -5 for their quality and customer service. Service desk doesn’t know what they are talking about and have no idea what they are doing! Waste of time. Go somewhere else.

The employees are nice and fast enough to satisfy customers, but the need to pay attention to drivers information they put wrong license plate number at my car inspection which made me drive back to get it fix

Went in for a car inspection and it wasn’t too busy. However, the front desk folks were busy so I waited for a couple of minutes. After the wait, the gal told me I had to get a tire inflator kit bc the city of Seattle requires it for Teslas - since the car doesn’t have a spare tire.After I went to auto zone, the place was packed and there was only one parking spot left. I was expecting to have to wait a long time beyond the 20 mins the website says it would take for the inspection. Fortunately, it was only 40 mins. The inspection was a breeze.Given the circumstances, this place is great. It’s probably busy for a reason.Oh the price was VERY REASONABLE. it was better than the 2 other places I got a quote.

Came in for a uber inspection and last year they falsely said my new tires needed to be replaced, then this year they wanted me to replace my wipers, after the inspection today 3/29/2024 at 4pm they handed me the wrong receipt and when I asked them about it the lady tried ripping it outta my hand saying they gave me the wrong one! Don't get your inspections here if you can avoid it!!!

Took my car in because my check engine light randomly came on and I had an issue in the past with my camshaft. They ran codes and said the camshaft came up. After paying $450 for diagnostics and an inspection, I was told that I have catastrophic damage to my engine due to low oil and will need to have it replaced (I keep up with oil changes and was told $13k-$15k for a new engine). I decided to take my car to a dealership for a second opinion. The dealership said my car is running exceptionally and there are no problems other than a cracked exhaust manifold, which isn’t an urgent fix. They ran codes, did an inspection and test drove it, and I was only charged a diagnostic fee. No mention of the camshaft or engine having issues. They said my engine light coming on was probably just a fluke. Long story short, don’t get scammed at Emily’s, just take your car to the dealership. Will save you time, stress and money.
