This location does not re-stock often, if at all. They also sell above msrp and are more expensive than Fred Meyer, Best Buy and Target. Stay away from here.

Horrible! The worst sales 'kids' ever. They are very slow, rude and arrogant. Always asking for ID even if you return a $10 item. Waste of time to shop there

This store opened up earlier to let friends get first pick of the new pokemon set. Idk how GameStop would allow this.

I came in with my 7 and 5 year olds to get a game for a birthday gift. The staff was talking to people visiting the store who seemed to be their friends, which I had no problem with. We didn't need help, and they said hello when we walked in. The problem was with how often they were swearing. I personally swear and don't mind hearing it, but my kids kept looking at me with wide eyes, knowing they weren't supposed to hear it. They asked several questions on the way to the car. I realized the game was not in the case I had been sold, so I needed to go back in to get it. I left my kids in the car, since that seemed better than bringing them back in.

Came in a few months back and was not expecting bet buy level knowledge from the employee about all my questions. They were very informative as well as helpful and patient. The gentleman name was Caleb and I only wish all my encounters would with retail staff was as pleasant as the one I had that day in the Burien game stop !

I swear GameStop has become just the absolute worst company ever definitely to 10 i go to sell them my phone and I've done this hundreds of times over the years and of course as tonengoes by new features or software refinements and whst not as expected are implemented. Well forever it was what's the screen quality from pristine to damaged and I get it off course but it was always damaged normal wear and tare or slight scuffs and what not and pristine meaning completely flawless out of the box condition right cool fair enough but now they have added 2 more selections like completely unnecessary but it's there so GameStop can really nickle and some the hell out of ppl, but this wasn't my issue he selected pristine even tho there whwre quite a few scuffs and surface scratches if anything it shouldbhave been rared good condition the middle tier, it was the next test where this pink really screwed me over so after screen test it goes onto body condition meaning the housing like the back of the phone to bottom and sides and it offered the same selections as it did the screen. Here's the issue this last of the phone affects absolutely no party of it's functionality it's completely astetic and only affects a persons ego and bragging capabilities if ANYTHING at all 99% of phone owners, no matter how expensive or cheap the device may be will buy and put a phone case on their device either for protection or to make it look more personal and cooler or a mix of both , my wife for example has an extremely overpriced case bought at one of those in the center of the walkway aisles at the mall kiosks, the case had absolutely zero extra protection the materials where really flimsy amd cheap but the design and apperance was pretty cool lokking to be honest. It definitely wasn't 50 dollars cool looking but whatever not the point I'm making. So anyways now if it was damaged like deep scratches cracks or major scuffs on the bezels then understandably it should lower its value, but barely visible scuffs from every day wear and tear minor barely visible scuffs on the corners the really if u took a fine say 4000M piece of sandpaper and 10 min of your time you could totally buff it out amd make it look beamd new again, not somethingni have tome to do but again wouldnt even matter because its ginna have a phkne case put in it and this particular device ks 10000% sure to have case being that it's a premium device that retails around 1800 bucks so even more proof that some barely visae scuss are going to matter so the dude should have selected pristine becwuse the scuffs on mine wjere mowhere near enough to drop it down a level like dude literally was inspecting the phone as if it was a rare diamond being appraised turning it over and over spinning it in all directions and , this was the part I was like your joking right, he holds it at eye level at a 20 degree angle as if to get a clearer surface level view again completely unnecessary anyway so he's like it's on great condition just some minor scuffs nothing really at all noticable and then selects the good condition option and this is where it's messed up and foul that one selection devalued it by over 100 dollars no b.s.!!! A hundred freaking dollars for some scratches and marks that no one can really see unless using a jewelers eye or doing some insanely up close and extra look over?? 100 bucks for crap that will never even be seen because a case will be on it or have any effect on the functionality or usability of the phone hell to the no I was ready to punch the guy in his smug mouth and already the website quote of 600 bucks was a slap in the face for the latest top selling and most powerful phone on the market that retails entry level at 1400 dollars and this ones the next one up at 1800 dollars yea the price of a decent used vehicle or for me at least 4 months rent GTFOH!!! This is some shady penny pinching rip off to the max disrespectful screw the customers scam pricing if I've ever seen it and the funniest part is I

The Gamestop itself was pretty typical, but I just want to highlight one of the employees that really helped me out, Steven. Not only was he working solo when I got there since he had to cover someone else's shift, but since I ordered online and the game I went to pick up came out that day, it was still in one of the numerous boxes they got that day. So he spent the better part of an hour going through each box looking for my game since I wouldn't have the chance to come by again for a while, and thankfullyhe found ital! So I just wanted to leave a good review and let him know that he did a great job and that I appreciated his hard work ^-^

1) I recently bought a game through the app for pick up in store. The app showed stock, the stock declined when I finished the checkout, great! I hadn’t gotten a notice for it, but I know sometimes these things are iffy. Several hours later I called to check on it to make sure it’ll be fulfilled, and the rep told me they had the games, no problem, I can come pick it up. I ask again, just to be sure, because I’d rather check again and go to a different store if it can’t be fulfilled. I get another green light and finish my work shift.
I show up to the store, and thankfully it’s the same guy I spoke to on the phone. I tell him I called, showed him the order, and.. Oops. Sorry, they have the game but it’s for someone else. I told him that I specifically called to avoid this from happening. He shrugs, says sorry, tells me to cancel the order from the app because he doesn’t know how. I called the customer care line to file a complaint, and went to Southcenter instead. DM still hasn’t reached out, but based on the staffing I’m not surprised.
2) I went in once to see if they had a copy of Mario Wonder. Funny enough, this same rep was the one helping me. Without looking at me, doing sick tricks on his Tech Deck, he asked “Uhh, yeah, which console?”
I preordered Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth digitally, because I’d rather have the impending doom of Sony revoking digital content rights than deal with the single brain cell at this store.

Bought a game, they said they didn't have it after I already purchased it, and their refund wasn't working. Asked if I could get something of equal or lesser value and they said I'd have to just wait another hour for the manager or come back with the empty case and hope the refund system was working again. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Generally helpful people in here, but a couple of the guys just give you one word responses when you ask them about stuff and don’t try to help you any further than that though. Not the same people they would hire back in the day who seemed more passionate about what they’re doing. Asked an older gentleman in the store about a current Pokémon promotion, and he just shook his head no and buried himself back into the tablet, rather than staying available to me to ask if they had already sold out or not.
