Great job on the repair!

I was referred to this repair shop by my insurance company, but my experience has been disappointing. After arriving, I was informed that my car was salvaged and that they could only send pictures for an estimate. I waited for three days without updates, only to find out when I called that they couldn't fix or estimate my vehicle.
While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of communication was frustrating. I wish they had informed me sooner so I could explore other options. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this shop based on my experience.

Repairs were done satisfactorily and I was kept informed throughout the process. They held onto my vehicle post repairs as well as I was out of town. Vehicle had a rear end collision but now it looks like before the incident, excellent work on repairs.

Gerber did a fantastic job with my repair! My car looks as good as new and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside! They were very communicative and could not have been easier to work with! I highly recommend them!

Gerber Glass and Collision Burien did an excellent job repairing my bumper after front rear-end. Virak thoroughly inspected the car and found out exactly which parts he needed, the app notified me every step of the process after drop off. Also, the front office were quick to respond to my insurance company request. The process was supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks but was completely finished less than a week. They even detailed the entire car. You can tell they really cares about making the car look like new and providing top notch service for their customers. And you can't beat the price. The staff are remarkably knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend 10/10.

I called the shop towards the end of my expected service time, asking about pick up times and was placed on hold for ten minutes, no one checking in to explain the holdup or a warning that it would be an extended wait for an answer. When I called back, no greeting just placed directly on hold again. When I drove to the shop to get my question answered, the woman at the desk was minimally informative, directing me to the adjuster who approached me with a confrontational disposition. When asked about pick up times and given my schedule availability, the adjuster proceeded to talk in great detail about their processes, focusing on ensuring that the paperwork associated with my claim was completely as quickly as possible and before a time when I would be able to pick up my car. The adjuster only confirmed available pick up times when redirected multiple times. The adjuster gave the impression that her only concern was making sure that they could wash their hands of my car/claim’s paperwork in a timely fashion. Gerber Collision in Burien has easily been the worst body shop experience I’ve had yet. Employees appear deeply disinterested in creating or preserving positive interactions with the people utilizing their services. I would travel out of county for service if I had no other local option. I have no positive impressions to convey.

the job that was suppose to take 30 days which by itself seems too long took 3 months
