Peter and his crew at Hi Line Frame and Wheel Alignment did amazing work on my 2012 Nissan with multiple upgrades to my suspension and brakes. They were very professional and turned my Nissan around very quickly. Highly recommend this company for vehicle work and inspection.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I've visited three times, and each time I've been let down. The last visit was particularly frustrating, as the staff suggested I find another shop and even asked me to leave. I felt disrespected and ignored. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

Hello my Name is Alex, i recently went into the shop to get my wheel locks taken off due to me loosing the key. Fortunately i was hit with great customer service and they were super polite. They didn’t charge me anything extra and only charged what they were required to do. They took out my wheel locks in less than a hour without damaging my wheels, I am super grateful that they saved me a headache trying to it out myself.

The first question friends and acquaintance ask me when I recommend owner Peter Gelinas and his shop is, 'Are they cheap?'
I always laugh and give them a huge, 'NO!' Then I sincerely explain that although I wouldn't call them cheap, I would call them fair, honest, professional, skilled, and quite capable of any repair presented to them. When I drop off my car for repairs, I what to expect to pay when I return. There are times when I toss the keys at them and tell them to call me when it is ready because I straight up trust them. I will seldom leave the shop with a bill under $300, and I've had big vans in for a complete transmission rebuild that cost $3k. The office and support staff treat me like I'm their old 'Dutch Uncle'. Good luck finding a more honest and straight shooting auto repair shop. I am grateful for the service and friendship I have experienced at Hiline Frame for the past 15 years. When Peter gets old and decides to retire, you can feel great knowing that his outstanding son Paul will continue the family tradition of treating customers right! This is an outstanding family run business.

Good alignment on the first try twice in a row consistent over time (once in 2022 once recent). I'm usually picky and take it back to most other places until it's good enough.

Got a 4 wheel alignment on my 2003 Kia Sorento EX and seems to be performing as expected. They were friendly, curtious and highly recommended.

the worst place to maintain your car .they are not be trusted.last week I gave them my taxi key to fix alignment and they charged me $156 with out doing nothing and next day I went there to tell them still my whiles are pulling me one side but both the mechanic and the person front desk they were treated me with unprofessional and poor customer service. They took my car key to check again and I can say deliberately they do something in my car part, after that my car is not drivable. So please don’t go this place for any service! They are very disrespectful and not interested to explain you about what they did .at the time there were 2 people ahead of me ,the same thing they were had the same problems,they charged them but they didn’t fixed the car .

I went to a local (major) Tire and Wheel dealer to have a front end alignment on my 1998 GMC Sierra K1500. I was told by the technician that my frame was bent and he could not do the alignment. He suggested I have a frame shop look at it. I contacted Hiline Frame and Alignment to see if it could be fixed? They took my truck in the same day, completed an inspection, and determined my frame was NOT bent and was able to re-align for under $200. Experience matters, and Hiline F & A are the experts!!! They made my day and some~ The service was great, fast, and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.
