The phlebotomists who drew blood from me was unprofessional, she should verify my D.O.B she called me by last name, a lot people in US have common last name.

Was able to get an appointment the day before. Fast check-in with a kiosk when you arrive. The whole place felt modern and comfortable. Very short wait time in the lobby. Friendly, skilled technician. I was in and out of there in 15-20 minutes.

Worst blood draw I ever had, 3 days later my arm is still yellow. The technician was unprofessional or unqualified and seemed to have caused damage when removing the needle.

Receptionist was unbelievably rude to me and went on a rant about how by even asking once about the wait time when arriving with an appointment that I was distracting her and making everything worse. Did not feel safe to have my blood drawn there, so left and will find a different provider.

They r trying to check in delay and call a name check in again , wait another 30 mins …. They r not manage well between schedule time and walk in

Went here for a walk-in at 8am and I was told that the wait was 30mins, after waiting for 30min I was told another 1hour, after waiting for 1.5hours I was told they cannot estimate how long it would take them. While I was there I saw at-least 2 patients being mistreated and verbally harassed by the receptionist for them trying to get help from the front desk and then they just left they couldn’t take it anymore from their rude staff. I even saw someone breakdown and crying in the lobby after experiencing this horrible service. I simply left the lab facility as I was too uncomfortable to see so many patients being mistreated that I couldn’t dare to wait for my turn, Plan to visit here once to witness their chaos and all the best if you trust this facility for a blood draw. I have never experienced such a mess at other labcorp locations.

Zero customer service. Absolutely horrible. I don't just mean that I had a bad experience; I mean that I can't contact anyone at all. There's literally zero customer service... nothing.

Plebotomists and the actual workers are good. But this place does not have the staff to manage the number of people who come through every day. Even with an appointment the wait is incredibly long. Had the misfortune of making an appointment and coming in and the entire system was down so they could only accept faxes and hard copies. I don't think I've ever had an experience here that's taken under an hour.

They’ve switched to appointment only, and yet, the wait is still insane. I’m hugely pregnant and got the earliest appointment I could for a fasting blood test that takes three hours. It’s an hour past my appointment, and we haven’t even started. I’m hungry, cranky, and pissed that Labcorp can’t get it together.

I had a verified appointment. At check in I was told the wait was 2 1/2 hours! Then they listed me on the board as a “walk in”. Couldn’t find the order from my doctor. The wait turned out to be an hour. I am on oxygen and my portable machine has limited run time.
Why make appointments when they don’t seem to matter??

They are Pro’s in all processes of getting blood draws! They are pleasant to talk to and make you feel as comfortable as possible!! Excellent team in place there !!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolute chaos. Had an appointment at 9:30, 10:20 still have not been seen. They are letting walk-ins go first!!! What? A horrible policy. Front desk management needs adjusting.
