Got a flat on my way to the airport and limped into Legend just looking for a safe spot to make a call. To my disbelief, the manager promptly came out IN THE RAIN to tell me he saw my tire and could take care of me on the spot. As soon as I entered the office, the staff was told to fit me in ASAP, despite it being near the end of the day. They were very flexible in working with me to get just the right tire delivered just in time to change it before closing. They even caught a rotation error by my auto dealer, and corrected it! As I left, the manager came BACK OUT in the rain to ask if everything was done right. Amazing . . . I’ve never been treated so well at any auto shop, anywhere. Thank you, Legend! You’re living up to that name!

These people wanted me to test drive my car and see if the codes come back on, with them knowing it shuts off randomly, then I had to get towed back to my house because they wouldn’t answer there phones. I dont recommend them at all. Someone referred me to them, and the customer service is garbage. Not to mention they charged me 169 and didn’t even tell me what was wrong with my vehicle

My power steering pump needed to be replaced. I didn’t have a set appointment, so I dropped it off . The shop got it replaced, and I was back on the road. Good service.

My radiator was replaced here less than a year ago, when it was Automotive Service (great community people before). Now that it is Legend would not even review the radiator leak that I have from their install without charging me for it. I declined and will no longer be bringing my personal or company fleet vehicles here. Some people can't see the forest through the trees. Treat people right. I guess that's what I should expect from a Used Car Dealership. Lived in Burien for 20 years and will be pushing everyone I know away from them.

I took my car here for an interior detail mostly because it was the cheapest of about 4 that I reached out to. And I was not disappointed, the car’s interior is superbly clean but they also took off lettering from when the car was at the auction. Needless to say i am satisfied and feel like I got a new car, thank you!
