I have been going to Les Schwab for over 26 years. They have always provided excellent and honest service. My recent stop at Les Schwab in Burien was another example.
I initially went to my dealership service department for an oil change before making a long trip (with a full U-Haul trailer) from WA to MI. My dealership told me that I needed to have my wheel bearings replaced. I knew that Les Schwab had done this work two years prior and trusted the job they had done. I drove over to Les Schwab and let them know that my dealership said I needed this work done and that I was now stressed and worried about the safety of my trip. I also felt that the dealership wasn't being honest in their assessment.
The manager Corey Bruhn and his team looked at my vehicle and not only assessed that my wheel bearings were completely fine and safe, he also had his team member Matt make a video for me of their test on each tire to show me that it was safe for me to take my trip and help relieve my stress. Their customer service went above and beyond.
Then the next day when I was about to leave, trailer already hooked up and full, I woke to a screw in my tire. Corey came to the rescue again and had one of his team members fix my tire right away so I could get on the road. He also reminded me that there were Les Schwab locations across the country and I could stop in along the way to have my tire pressure checked or get service.
I am beyond grateful for the care that Corey and his team provided. I only wish that Les Schwab had a location in Michigan. Hope you open one soon! Thank you, Corey and Matt!!

I had some work done on my car recently at another mechanic and needed to get my car aligned. They said 90 minutes, but it was only 45 minutes! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable.

Went in to get my brakes inspected. James was great and communicative with me! But the manager was rude and eve’s dropped on my phone conversation I had with someone. Asked me to come over behind the front desk counter to his desk talk about what he heard. No apology for eves-dropping on my call when I was far away from him. Won’t be doing service here.

Stopped in Tuesday to inquire about a single remount on a new rim & tire rotation. Was told it would take a while so I asked about an appointment. Was told today was wide open so scheduled for 10am. Show up at 9:50 & agreed to the siping that they sold me on. Told me it’d be 90 mins. Sit there for 20 mins before someone comes out & says they’re already behind an appointment (remember…it’s not even 10am yet) & that my service shouldn’t have been scheduled in the first place; they can do it but it’s gonna be a while. I initially agreed but then asked for my key back to go elsewhere after I thought about sitting their for hours. I stated I didn’t know what the point of scheduling appointments was & the guy said “hey man, I’m on your side.” 🙄 I’ve had good experiences with other Les Schwab locations so I’ll try another but I won’t be back to this one. You’ve been warned.

Trust me and take a few minutes to go to the west Seattle store! Burien is really disorganized and rude. Had my car all day and waited to work on and I was scheduled! I had to pick up my vehicle after hours! I would give this store negative stars ! Hell I might not even use Les Schwab again because of this store!

Not sure how dumb you have to be to drive 55 in the passing lane for miles while people have to go around you to pass. All the while, with the Les Schwab logo on the truck. Pretty terrible advertising!

The brakes on my ’98 Camry kept going metal to metal every 15,000 miles or so. I explained the situation to the store manager, Jared, and not only did they cover the repair under warranty, but he also suggested replacing the brake hoses, which seems to have helped, as the car is now stopping much more smoothly. I’m 100% satisfied with their service, and the employees are very friendly. I highly recommend them.
