Mark has done excellent work each and every time I've dropped my truck off at his shop. Unfortunately for me, I've had a number of repair jobs recently, big and small, and Mark and his team are the ones that I have trusted to work on all of them. Mark is extremely meticulous and always prioritizes doing a job correctly, even if that job is perhaps frustrating. Further, Mark always helps me understand what the problem is before starting on any work. As a woman, it can be hard to find a mechanic that is willing to clearly explain what needs to be fixed and why, though I always feel as if Mark has always been fully honest with me so I can make an informed decision. All in all, Mark is incredibly reasonable, professional, and clearly has a lot of experience. I'd recommend his services to anyone, hands down.

Mark did an excellent job fixing a whole slew of problems on my 2008 Mazda 3. My experience was smooth & easy. I was able to drop off my vehicle after hours and then Mark called me to explain repairs before he got started. At pickup, Mark took me into the shop and showed me exactly what he did under the hood. Mark has been amazing every time I have brought him my Nissan Xterra. A good trusted friend recommended him to me as the only person he will bring his trucks to when he is not able to work on them on his own. And I have begun to do the same.
