My wife and I went in to upgrade her phone. The lady that was helping us was really rude. I got three people from customer service telling me that if I upgrade I won't lose my My existing plan. The lady at the store even said all I have to do is call customer service and they'll put the plan that I had back on. That wasn't the case really unprofessional customer service and the rep at the burien store

I'm sorry; I was trying to avoid leaving a review, but this place gave me extremely poor customer service more than three times. I am at a loss for words. They make you feel awful, and it appears that this place is only happy to serve particular kinds of customers. I will never go again

If I could I’ll give it a 0, customer service is questionable, non existent, the representative answers giving attitude, never greet us, I told her multiple times we came to replace a device, she answering as if I was to purchase a device, I had to explain what a replacement is and then she’s saying the store is closed, closing with us inside, I wonder how t mobile hires representatives? How bad and miserable is your life to work at a place you don’t like and treat people extremely poorly

It is a terrible service, I barely paid for the line, and the signal did not even arrive and they also charge me dearly for the line per month according to what they say is unlimited so I can make calls in any country, but it is a deception, right now I cannot make calls to the other country ,
