Highly recommend MCC. They are effective, efficient, and strong advocates for their customers. They helped us navigate Insurance companies —twice. They took care of us with the rental car company, too. We barely had to do anything! They are fun people and great professionals.

We had the best experience with Michael's Collision Center! I would highly recommend this location and really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication from Michael himself throughout the process of getting the vehicle repaired. Michael answered all of my questions and everything was handled professionally. We were really happy with the repair itself and the overall experience was top notch! It was very stressful to be involved in an accident that damaged our vehicle and Michael was patient with us and was a wealth of knowledge. I am so grateful we found him and this collision center as it was peace of mind to know we were in good hands. I would not hesitate to work with Michael's Collision Center in the future (although I hope I don't need to!) Call Michael if you need help after an accident. You will be glad you did! Thanks again for everything, Michael!

Excellent shop to work with! I brought my 2018 S63 in with front-end damage, and they repaired it flawlessly using all OEM MERCEDES parts—even though the insurance was demanding aftermarket or used junkyard parts. Thanks again! P.S. They even detailed my car!

Took my lexus gx460 to mike. He took care of the insurance claim with state farm and they performed a great job. Total time was less than service king and gerber promised. Super happy!

Do not bring your car here. I was referred to Michael's by a friend who said he would get parts for my Kia much faster than insurance approved shops, as there is a national shortage. He did get the parts in 2 weeks. Thats the best I can say.
1. He took money from my insurance company for parts he left broken in my car. One if these parts was the clock spring - a serious safety hazard as my airbag would not have deployed. I have proof of all this
2. He did lazy work, he chose not to take the 5 minutes necessary to key the lock to my doors so I could use my electronic key. Let me repeat, this is a 5 minute procedure as he already had the lock out.
3. He refused to fix the keying on the lock. No one understands why he didnt do this properly.
4. He us difficult to work with. He claims to hate working with my insurance company so he just threw the repair together to get rid of it. I paraphrase. When I called to ask about the estimate per my insurance company, he literally screamed at me. He called back and apologized, but I should have removed my car.
5. I forgot evidence if the break in on my floor board. He refused to let me take it claiming chain of custody for insurance. When I took my car it was gone. He threw it out. Yes he knew what it was.
6. Michael believes that a cursory "im sorry" fixes everything. He may have gotten my parts sooner, but months later I am still dealing with the insurance company due to his fraud and negligence. I should have taken the car to my usual, approved shop (Service King). For reference my car was broken into on Thanksgiving. Its now May

We have taken our Honda HRV to Mike's twice in the past five years. One time they replaced the two driver's-side doors; another time they replaced the back window and body work from a break-in.
One time, I took it back in a month later because of a whistling sound. Mike held onto the vehicle for a few more days and was absolutely meticulous about getting to the bottom of the road noise and getting it right for us. He was able to fix the noise and paid for my rental car in the meantime to make it right.
The other time, he had to fight tooth and nail with Farmer's to get the work covered with new (instead of used) glass and parts. He spent a ton of time on the phone and did right by me and the work was excellent.
Really uniquely good service, really kind people. Thank you so much for going the extra mile both times! I recommend you to everyone I know who needs body work.

Mike came recommended by my local Jeep dealership and he does not disappoint! I needed window frame repairs after my car was broken into and he was able to get the parts quickly. My repairs fit in between a rare gap in his schedule so I was in and out in just one day. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs body work done. Thank you Mike and crew!

Michael's Collision Center is the place you want to have your car body work done! We've had work done on two separate vehicles and they delivered on quality, price, communication, customer service, and with integrity. They do what they say they're going to do and do it with pride and respect for the customer and their car. I don't think we've ever been treated with such respect and consideration as we have been at Michael's.I'm hoping our cars don't need body work in the future, but if they do, you can be sure I'm going to Michael's!

Michael's (and Michael himself) is a dream to work with. My car was shipping from AK and Michael arranged getting the car from the shipping barge and later arranged to take it to the Nissan dealership. After the car was totaled by the insurance company, he worked with us on getting our belongings out of the car. I would give six stars if possible.

If I could give Michael and his manager Michael lol a million stars I would! My car was involved in a t-bone crash and due to insurance ended up being extremely costly for me. GM Michael was so empathetic during the entire process. Typically car repairs with insurance take 3-6 weeks right now and he understood that as a business owner who needs a vehicle to run a business went out of his way to quickly fix my car. At first estimated at 3 week process, I got a call a week earlier saying my car was ready!!! He kept me informed and showed me exactly what the damage was and why it cost what it cost. Even working with me to find ways to save on cost, including recommending a better insurance company! Not once did I have to wonder what was happening with my car or why the cost was what it was. He was knowledgeable and timely every step of the way. What made me the happiest though was his empathetic attitude the entire time, not once did he have a negative thing to say. He heard all my concerns and explained everything to a woman like me who knows NOTHING about cars in a way I could understand. Thank you so so much! Sorry for the delay in the review! I hope I never HAVE to come back but if I do I'll ALWAYS go here vs the big corp repair shops.
