Had to provide extra documentation to cash a payroll check, but they were open on July 5th so it worked out in the end. The man that helped me was very patient while I searched for the paystub that wasn't attached to the check and let me use last year's W2 instead.

I have to give a huge thank you to Kim as she worked with me and got my check cashed that I couldn’t get cashed anywhere else it was a mess and she came through and helped me and if you have any check cashing problems go here please they will save you so much headache it will cost you but it’s better then not having nothing!

My biggest complaint is they do not have a atm withWhich you can add money at their location which would greatly reduce their lines. Also, with COV it makes it nearly impossible to hear them with a glass wall between you and the employee. Poorly designed in the way the line starts virtually right in front of the door then makes a backwards L through the lobby .... the customer service is rush rush and unpleasant. Very impersonal. Look I understand this place is their to make money and give second chance banking but the attitude and the atmosphere doesn’t need to Be second rate.

I would like to say The Branch Manager Kim was very professional in the higher standard possible, The way the time she took to make sure that our needs were met and went beyond to make sure the check transaction will go smooth . She was transfer few times to different departments to verify the amount and information but she never lost her professionalism in accomplishing the task at hand . Margareta was so amazed that she was very professionally in her duties as Manager . We believe she should get recognized for her higher standard and professionalism.
