We were greeted warmly at the door and helped with finding the kibble I needed and the treats I wanted. They even hoisted the bag of food into my car for me. Absolutely excellent.

Just left this store and wanted to give a rave review to Jaden at this store! She went above and beyond to help me figure out how to pay using apps when I forgot my wallet. This store is always great, as is Mud Bay generally, but this was exceptionally good service
