Terrible experience with this auto shop. They worked on my engine, and after the repair, they forgot to reconnect the cooling fan and the cooling system plug. At the end of the day, my engine overheated and completely stopped working. When I came back to show them the problem, they refused to admit their mistake and tried to blame me instead. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible — I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my car here for a simple inspection. I’ve owned and driven this vehicle for years and always took good care of it — never had any issues according to my diagnostic scanner. After their “inspection,” my car suddenly started misfiring and the check engine light came on. When I got home, I found out they had disconnected one of the ignition coils — clearly on purpose — most likely to make the car seem worse and lower its value. This is completely dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Be careful bringing your vehicle here.

Nam was a referral from another mechanic shop. I happened to have been in Burien and called Nam and he said to bring it in. Asked if I needed a loaner car. All I had to do was have my ID and insurance card and fill the gas upon return.
It was an extra five minutes and so EASY! I would have had to find a ride or call an Uber. This is the additional touch I wish other mechanics had.

When I retired 6 years ago, and moved to Burien, I needed to find an auto repair shop closer to home for my 2013 Subaru. I gave this business a try and I have not been disappointed since. I have found the owner to be honest, fair, extremely helpful, and accomadating. He has helped me with little repairs to big ones. And, often on the spot or last minute. I can't express how reassuring and comforting that is to me as a senior who doesn't know, or care much about cars, but does want to drive a safe and well maintened one. I am truely grateful to Nam and his crew for their quality work and their integrity.

Picked up my car, got charged 600 to get my drive belt tensioner replaced, still looks the same, asked for my old parts never got those. My ac compressor pulley came off a mile down the road, my steering was so hard to turn, luckily I didn’t take the freeway. Couldn’t get a hold of any of them all day. Good thing for triple A right!?!

Bad business had an estimate done in April 2023. I called three days ago to make an appointment told me to bring truck in Friday morning, I arrived today and he can't find appointment and started making excuses, two people answer the phone. No appointment record. Bad business taking my vehicle somewhere else.
