If you want to be treated like garbage come here . The staff are rude except for the lady who answer phone.Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait up to one hour, They have no respect with your time.The push to have the expensive nail polish and for the service you don’t want , And no they will still push and make you feel badly about your self.I will not recommend this place to anyone. The two stars is for the reception lady ,she is very friendly I really like her , but the rest of the people’s works there they’re horrible.Please take your $ to peoples who value your Bussiness and respect your time.Also the price they have on the menu, they say it is old one so they will charge you different price. One the men it show $35 their will charge $50 , They rip you off in your face and they think people’s are stupid not to see that.We see we just don’t say anything.I will never bring my business to you even again.Services: Pedicure

Sadly this was not a great experience. We had an appointment for 2 pedicures, drove all the way there, and when we got there, we were informed they had closed early. The store was full of staff so it was really confusing about why. I was disappointed at the lack of respect for our time!

No one goes to this place because it’s a whole mess. It sucks so much that I left it just because they were asking me too many questions. I felt so awkward I just left and this happened today. It’s the worst nail salon ever I wouldn’t recommend don’t go here.

This was the last time we go back. We had a 4 pm appointment my wife for her nails and my pedicure it was 4:30 before I got sat down & sat there for 10 more just about ready to walk out they sat my wife down. 11/2 hour later we left and I'm pissed off DO NOT OVER BOOK YOUR NOT A DOCTOR'S OFFICE. F*** OFF

Pedicures usually great with no issues, and does a good job for acrylic nails, but when making an appt at a certain time- that's where it's not good I f anyone calls for a specific time, they usually have a reason, and it would be nice if they would honor that instead of walk-ins 1st. Having to wait 30 minutes after the appt time is not ok.Services: Acrylic nails

Usually go in and get my nails done but this time i went in for a pedicure. First issue was the lady persistently repeating the price of $50 pointing at it even after i told her i understood thinking i couldn’t pay. Now the the foot message and pedicure were both nice but at the end of it all the lady charged an extra $15 for gel polish and they’ve never charged me that much extra for gel maybe $5 or $10 but not $15 and they didn’t bother to tell me they rose the price of it either in case that was the case. Won’t be returning because of the attitude and the price gouging.Services: Acrylic nails

I have been a client of this salon for many years, in general they are always attentive and professional. Unfortunately its quality has gone down in recent years, yesterday afternoon I visited this establishment because I had a ingrown nail (nothing serious) this woman was going to do my pedicure but when I told her that my daughter wanted to have pedicure too she started to do my daughter's pedicure, another woman with brown and curly hair came to do my pericure, I noticed frustration and mistreatment towards me, rudely she started doing my pedicure, when she started working on my ingrown nail she hurt me a lot and although I asked her to stop she forced my foot and made me bleed, she couldn't fix the ingrown nail. Then when she scraped my feet she cut my heels and when I told her to stop because she was hurting me she rudely pushed my foot away and then I noticed bleeding from my heels, when she noticed it she immediately changed her attitude and he began to try to be nice and try to heal my wounds, She finished the service and told me that I had to pay for the service. When I got home I checked my feet and my heels had little holes, she had scraped skin from my heels. It hurts a lot and I can hardly walk because I am in so much pain. I hope they improve their service and that the owners pay more attention to their workers so that they treat customers with respect. I will not return for now, I spent 84 dollars and leave tips just because I'm courteous.Services: Pedicures

This was one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. First of all, the pedicure took 2 hours for a 45 minute to a hour serviceWhen I made my appointment, I let them know I wanted an acrylic pedicure and full set. When I arrived there was no wait and they started with my pedicure. That's where the problems began.THE PEDICUREOnce I sat down and put my feet in the water, not only was the water luke warm and but the tech only let my feet soak for less than 2 minutes. How are my feet supposed to adequately soak in 2 min? I reminded her that there was acrylic already on my toes and essentially wanted all my toes to have acrylic for uniformity, but it was like she only partly registered the thought. She was carful about clipping my toes, as she didn't want to split the nail, but that's where that thought ended.The pedicure left lots to be desired. I given myself better foot scrubs in the shower and I ended up having to give myself another soak and scrub when I got home. After she "shaped" my toenails and I use that term loosely, she just started painting my toes. She didn't put any acrylic on and started trying to talk me out of what I came in asking for and agreed to. It got to the point where I asked her to just stop doing my feet, because I was that frustrated.Finally another nail tech or manager came over and asked what what was wrong and I explained that I wanted acrylic on my toes because I wanted the shape to match. She took over and continued doing my pedicure. I originally wanted regular polish, but changed to shellac after being there way longer than expected. She had the audacity to try to charge me more for the shellac even though I'd been there for two hours and essentially sat through my service twice with poor customer service.I don't think they often do full set pedicures and thus the confusion, however the customer service and attitudes of the techs were horrible. The pedicure came out decent enough but I will NEVER RETURN, especially if $70 gets me what I got. I'm sure you can guess I didn't get the full set.p.s. after I told my bestfriend about this encounter and that the nail shop was next door to a boost mobile, she said "and that's why I never trust a nail shop in the same complex as a boost mobile" because she too had a bad experience with a nail shop located next to a boost mobile.Service: Pedicure

Went in needing an acrylic take off (nails and all no fill in). A few people who work there were not wearing masks even though policy requires it. Nail tech was starting off good, I let her know that I just had a nail that lifted and it was hurting. Thinking I was going to get a professional soak off treatment, I received a rough take off of acrylic with nail clippers. Nail tech filled two of my nails down too much, one minor my bled, the other is sore. Nail tech was not paying attention while doing this (watching a video off a person’s phone) towards the end. I was expecting high quality, professional services and will not come back.

First off I made an appointment before coming for a full set, coming in at my 5pm appointment with a friend I had asked before for full set. The girl Kim said let me see your nails and my nails were grown long and she said noo full set it not good for you, your nails are to beautiful and I was like okay.... She said nail dip is good for you no time for full set I said well if you don't have time that's okay She then said no I can do something , she sat me down Then I pick purple after a few minutes I said actually I want this blue. She looked at me and said I already got purple sink said ok that's fine She asked what shape and I told her coffin and showed her a picture to she then did oval She was rough too but anyways no coming bad Rude, rushed, etc.
