They always have everything you need if you have pets, so that states the obvious but it’s notable because it’s better than Petco. Better rewards program, better selections, etc. and worth the extra time to come here and get everything in one spot as opposed to Petco, which is closer to me. I’m a fan.

I am favorably impressed with the speed with which my order was delivered to me when I arrived curbside. Well done! Also, happy to learn that PetSmart has not capitulated to political pressure to change its DEI policy. Very important to this customer.
