They always have everything you need if you have pets, so that states the obvious but it’s notable because it’s better than Petco. Better rewards program, better selections, etc. and worth the extra time to come here and get everything in one spot as opposed to Petco, which is closer to me. I’m a fan.

Had my husband bring in our mini Australian Shepherd for full bath + groom plus seasonal package, and asked them to take it as short as they can with breed in mind. What they did instead can best be described as a hack job. Patchy, missed entire spots while on other spots going all the way down to his skin and leaving it red. Barely touched the ears, did not even manage to include the seasonal package spray on scent or bandana. I’ve actually never seen such a terrible groom. When I called they claimed Pandora (the groomer) was one of their best, which is extremely worrying considering the state of my dog. The literal only thing worthy of the 1 star I’m forced to give is that when I returned they gave me a full refund with no questions.

I am favorably impressed with the speed with which my order was delivered to me when I arrived curbside. Well done!
Also, happy to learn that PetSmart has not capitulated to political pressure to change its DEI policy. Very important to this customer.

Their grooming was great, quick, and I loved the post haircut report card.
Ivy is gentle and thorough and did a great job with my dog’s grooming. Will come back.

Clean and organized store. Didn't really need anything so only three stars as I didn't get the whole service experience.

The dog training courses are affordable, and the instructor Kaye was fantastic. My boy Lemmy really got a lot out of the beginner course and we will be back for the intermediate course.
The store overall is a top tier PetSmart. They keep the store clean and we'll stocked, always good deals, friendly staff
