Pro Tires is my first stop, everytime. Brian and Alejandro are the best. They are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They have helped me with little tire issues and I just purchased a set of wheels/rims which they installed. Great quality and they look great! They took extra steps to clean up my tires and make the new wheels look perfect! Couldn't be more pleased with the service and product.

They were very attentive and friendly! They had a good variety of wheels and tires to pick from.
They offered me coffee, snacks, a place to charge my phone, and a convenient bathroom to use.

Car had a bad caliper with old break pads. Replaced and ran well for a fair price and reasonable time. Will come back, you should come.

Amazing!! I came in to get my ac fixed, which i thought just needed a recharge, gave me a time estimate and i waited. While i waited i got time to pet their dog milo, who is amazing. And they even offered me a homemade burger beause the repairs were taking longer than normal. Fast forward they werent able to fix the issue, and told me to come back in a few days. I returned and left the truck with them, and in within a few hours they had it fixed. Turns out a mouse had made its way into my fusebox, and absolutely decimated the underside of it, they even showed me photos of it mouse nest and all, cheeky bugger. Either way they fixed it at no additional cost and my AC is now working. Great family, great service, great work. 10/10.

Even though a guy lied to me on Thursday the 25 and quoted me $20 to put rim protectors on which I found was suspicious they still took care of me and gave me a discount to put the rim protectors on and even put tire shine on even though I still offered to pay the full price. I’ll definitely go back. I didn’t get his name but thanks to the person who checked me in and helped out with it.

Once again... in a pinch cause of the lovely maintained roads in the greater Seattle area Elvis, his wife and staff went above and beyond too help get me back on the road quickly with some new tires for my m5. Highly recommend going here for great prices and quick, experienced, and friendly customer service by owner Elvis, and his super helpful, smiling staff. Another 10 out of 10 experience.

Super kind owners and staff and the sweetest dog named Milo works the store too.Came here unexpectedly when we realized our tires were almost bare! but they took care of us fast so we could get on our way on our trip to the peninsula.

Feb 9, 2021They are on the more expensive side when it comes to Winter Tire Changeovers (charged roughly $100), but I needed winter tires on two of my vehicles.I normally go to Discount Tire (charges roughly $68), but these guys got the job done in a quick manner when there were no appointments available.
