I had a bad experience at starbucks yesterday, i bought 2 drinks using EBT, and this older lady first of all,she needs to be trained.She had no idea of what we were ordering..i asked for a matcha with 4 pumps of chai and sweet cream foam,and she made me repeat it like 20 times,then she looked at the new matcha and said is this one?i said no i dont want the lavander,i don't even know what's in that drink..anyhow none of the drinks tasted good..they tasted gross...we had to throw them away..also she probably added something as warm cuz she made me pay out of pocket cuz ebt doesnt cover for warm food or drinks,but i had none...and i told her i think u made a mistake and she kept asking don't u have another card?I think she's slow or idk .but i would never ever get a drink at this location.

This is the first time I've been in this store. The employees seem agitated, I'm sure from not being staffed correctly and feeling rushed, but that doesn't mean they should be short with customers like I experienced. I spoke with one employee and had a bad experience but the second employee was very nice. However, I'll skip this store and go to a different location or chain.

Unfortunate location due to homelessness issues around the bus transfer station across the street. Police are often present here dealing with mental health issues, drugs, theft or loitering. The worst part overall is the price. I have priced out 9/10 grocery items and Safeway costs 25-30% more on average as compared to Fred Meyer just up the street. The only positive is that this Safeway has a better produce selection. The city should redevelop this area as low-income multi-family mixed-use, which I think it is being rezoned for.

Ok I went to this Safeway to do some shopping that ,was unplanned ,only because a friend needed some things ,I was headed to there home on my bike and decided to stop at this Safeway on 148th and 1st AveWhen I got there I pushed my bike inside the flower Department was off to right and was not open ,I was in a hurry .I flipped my bike over took the front tire off of it and rushed off to do my shopping .I was in the store maybe 10nin And was checking on my bike every few mins as I was headed to check out My worse fear my bike was gone,and when I went to where it was at I noticed a pile of dirt and s dust broom sitting just about where my bike was .I look over to the right and I sees young man that works there I went up to him and asked him if he had seen my bike ,hr stated no I never seen a bike there .I proceed to the self checkout and the gal that was there I told her that my bike was stolen,she saidwhere was it and I said in the flower Department,and I have the front tire to it and wanted to see the video so whoever took it had to carry it out,she said we need to call the Police I finished buying 44.00dolkars worth of food and walked to the office with her.She was in the. Office for five min or so and when she came out she was with the Manager who screamed at me ItDONT BELONG IN HERE.I I HAD IT THROWEN OUT OF THE STORE I said you put my ,1,000dolar bike outside and we all rushed to the door went out and sure enough it was gone .I asked the first one I talked to if she had called the police she said no and we are not going to .SO I called the Police As I was waiting for the police the young man I first talked to came up to me and said I threw your bike outside and you can't hold Safeway responsible for this.I looked at him and said oh yes I can and I will .The police came talked to me and said that Safeway is stating that they are not responsible.If anything is found inside of Safeway gos to lost and found,except for my bike ,I had the front tire to it and if anything the manager could of made an announcement over there speaker system to come get my bike but choose not to and had it put outside,which is NOT Safeway policy .I now have to waste more of my time by filing a small claims for three times the amount in small claims court .I've never in my wildest dreams thought that a manager at Safeway would do suck a heinous act. Iit seems to me that as a manager she would of acted like one.I talked to the store general manager Mike that really did nothing to assist me in any way he just blew me off ever time I talked to him When Safeway first called me it was by manager that called me and she was so apologetic and told me that the manager that threw my bike out was on suspension not for my bike but it was on suspension for another thing she told me that Mike was on vacation and to call back later and I didI WILL SEE YOU IN COURT SAFEWAYB,YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE THE MIN YOU took POSSESSION OF IT I WILL BE SEEKING THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF MY BIKE TO BE REPLACED ETC ETC THIS IS NOT A FRIENDLY SAFEWAY BY NO MEANSIam sick about my loss I worked so hard to get this bike and can't buy another one so now I ride the bus which I will add to my claim broken hearted stolen bike Curt

Arrived there and informed "Our bathrooms are closed.". Not coming here again. What's wrong with the manager of this location and how can I speak with a supervisor???

I love this safeway the management is so nice and dedicated to their customers making sure the store is clean and produce is always fresh products always neat and tidy the store is always clean and the employees are very friendly and nice and always ready to serve you regardless of the size of the problem I would not go to any other safeway in Burien as long as I live here meats always fresh there is not one bad thing I could say about this store keep up the amazing work keeping your customers satisfied with smiles

The drive up and go pickup system failed me today. First, the app checked me in but didn't alert the store. Then the phone# on the sign doesn't work, either. App and phone glitches. Usually, prompt. Always friendly?

CHECK THE DATE! I bought store brand bread on the 14th, two days later, it was moldy. Turns out the best by date was TWO DAYS before I bought it.

The worst Safeway I have ever shopped at. Never have cashiers. lines are backed up all day, every day cause they won’t let customers ring up toiletries or alcohol. I’ve never not seen it backed up in here. STAFF MORE CASHIERS

This place is a joke. Feels like no one works here. Except at the front of the store and the doors there’s people. Also customer service desk is closed often throughout the day. So if you have to send money, pay a bill, or reload your ORCA card here. Good luck you won’t ever catch the customer service open ever and employees will just let you sit there without telling you “Sorry were short staffed and won’t be opening”. They’re just rude and what’s the point of offering these services if you never are open to do them.

Worst Safeway. Seems like every time this shift rolls around they close the store 10 mins. If you close at midnight your store should not be closing at 11:50. If that’s the case then put online your store closes at 11:50 instead of 12:00am. This is the 3rd time I was denied access at 11:50 10 mins before the store close. Literally was only going in to grab 1 bottle of pasta sauce smh.
