I think I said this in the overall saying how good this Safeway is. But I'll say it again. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff at this Safeway are A1 people caring. They have class. They're professional. Always sending the message when needed. They know what's going on. If you don't have insurance they try to help as much as as possible with the RX cards. They really just want to make sure that people get what the doctors want them and say that they need. And they're also willing to look at your other medications and see if something doesn't align. If you didn't happen to talk to your doctor the right way. Very professional. Very caring. Oh and another side note, they're definitely understaffed because Safeway is not really willing to give staff members cuz under the new leadership and the the union organization it's causing some problems with certain pharmacies. I hear in the Safeways. Not that I'm saying unions are bad but there are some issues when there is unions and then the companies themselves are on the stock market. I don't know who's to deal with that but maybe somebody should think about them, employees and the people and the customers. I know profits and capitalism are great these workers still have lives. While they're trying to help other people keep their lives together.

Switched to this pharmacy a couple year ago, after experiencing hour long waits at Walgreens. This Safeway pharmacy is efficient and welcoming. The pharmacist recognize you, ask about your family and truly care about your well being. Prescriptions are ready when I arrive and the wait time to pick up and pay is short.

They told me to come back in 10 minutes and my medication would be ready, but it wasn't. They told me I had to wait in line again. Terrible service.

I always get great service at this pharmacy. My insurance is trying to get me to switch to a different pharmacy that does 90 day refills … I prefer to stay with this place due to the friendly staff and service.

My experience with the pharmacy is usually fine, but that’s when nothing is complicated apparently. I wanted a prescription filled, they said they didn’t have it in stock and needed to order it, which is completely fine; I was low, but could wait a day or 2. They said they would have it and get it filled by end of business the next day, perfect! I called back 3 hours before they closed the next day to make sure it was filled only for them to tell me it wasn’t filled and that they still needed to order it, but could have it to me by end of business tomorrow. I asked if they were certain they could guarantee a fill by tomorrow by closing and they said “no.” I told them, “if you can’t guarantee it why are you saying you’ll have it tomorrow again?” They didn’t have an answer for me. I was stern and annoyed, but never raised my voice at them. I really shouldn’t have to confirm that the staff is being truthful. I finally got more info out of them, they said they were having a hard time getting that type of medication, it was a chewable kind. I’m not sure why they lied instead of just telling me about the main issue first so I could deal with everything faster. Luckily I don’t need the chewable version and I was able to contact my doctor’s office to send in the prescription as the non-chewable kind. I did ask the pharmacy if they could just fill the prescription with the non-chewable kind without my doctor’s say so, but they couldn’t, which is dumb, but I also understand it. My issue is that I was lied to twice and had to dig for the truth which wasted both mine and the pharmacy’s time, just be honest and things will be easier next time. Also if I needed the chewable kind, if they were truthful about the situation I could have used the time they spent giving me the run around finding a pharmacy that could actually fill it! The pharmacy I used previously did not have any issues getting the chewable medication I was originally prescribed.

Larry and Thanh, in the pharmacy department, are far and away the best pharmacists my family has ever dealt with! We have been going to this pharmacy for over five years and won’t go anywhere else! They are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure we can get our prescriptions when we need them! Larry will sometimes call us personally if a prescription looks off, just to make sure it is filled correctly! I have also had multiple doctors of mine tell me how much they enjoy working with Larry! Thank you for everything you do, Larry and Thanh!

I was just buying groceries in this location yesterday which the said groceries are fantastic. Selection prices etc the problem is as follows... I decided (?worse decision ever) to get me some Chinese from the hot bar. I woke up vomiting incessantly!! Nonstop to the point of pain in my abdomen caused from such violent gagging. I'm sorry to be so descriptive but if not then my point would not be properly be addressed. Please do not eat off that hot bar especially so not give it to your to your children. Yikes ..?? ?

This is the only location I get my vaccine’s. Staff is very friendly and explains the shots well. Not long of a wait.

Larry and Thanh are great phamarcists, they have helped me and my family in getting the right medication and have been extremely helpful, nice and respectful to our family.We very much appreciate their kind service after all these years.

Four Safeway pharmacies are closer to me than this one, but I go here because they are organized, answer the phone and are courteous unlike the Safeway closest to me.

Worst customer service ever. Stood at customer service desk for 5 minutes and even manager walked by and didn’t even ask if I needed help. Higher prices than competitors and awful produce on top of bad customer service.
