I brought my car into crash champions in Burien WA on 6/21. I received communication via text for much of the time they had my vehicle, and many of these communications as well as my pickup were incredibly disturbing. I received texts twice that my car would soon be ready, the first of which was corrected to explain that they had many Subarus and apparently had, for days, been mistaking another Subaru for my own, and been providing updates for the wrong vehicle. The explanation for this is that they had many Subarus. The second set of texts with regards to this issue explain that the parts they ordered, which they had been in possession of from June 28th to July 14th had become broken, and that they would need to be reordered. On July 16th, I reached out and was told my vehicle would be ready that Friday. I explained at this time that I was running out of coverage for my rental vehicle via my insurance. This statement was ignored, and on the 21st of July, I received a text stating that my vehicle would be ready by end of day or that Friday. Despite them being so allegedly familiar with Subarus, they informed me that the parts they had ordered did not fit properly after having paint applied and that as of the 24th, they would need to update my pickup time again. I spoke with Enterprise, the vehicle rental agency that I had the vehicle through. I was informed for a second time by a local Enterprise representative that they work with crash champions all the time in cases like this to help with coverage for rental car. I inquired about this via text to the individual who had been communicating with me about the status of my vehicle and that individual flat out denied that they could do anything about the rental situation. I then proceeded to try to call crash champions multiple times daily for days. Calls which went ignored for a long period of time, and text communication ceased. I finally borrowed a friend's phone and got someone to pick up the phone. The irritated individual who answered told me they'd knock $100 off my deductible, and claimed that they do not usually do this kind of thing. Following this call, I again called Enterprise in Burien and they again confirmed that they regularly work with the local crash champions and that they most frequently cover the rental car charges. Repairs were not completed fully, and I am now left to find another shop to fix those damages left unrepaired. When I asked why repairs were left unaddressed, the woman at the shop I was speaking to told me that someone would have had to ask my permission to get a diagnostic on the vehicle first. I received no such communication, and am left with nothing but a mess and an egregious bill for what I strongly believe is serious negligence. I was advised by the person on this claim through Allstate to reach out to someone above the shop to resolve this issue. I did just that, to no avail whatsoever. I've gotten no communication from this place. Their idea of repairs include a paint job with bubbles in it and blobs of paint in other places, bolts and other parts left off the "completed" vehicle, not to mention that they failed to complete any repairs caused by the accident other than those which are cosmetic. I'm past caring if it's a lack of competence, fraud, or just that they don't care, I have paid over $1700 in costs associated with this, not counting transportation costs for their multiple "it will be ready" mega- blunders. I would excuse so much but the sudden refusal to communicate at the end of this says it all. I've reached out all kinds of places and I can't even begin to understand how little they care about the quality of their work, and overall their business at all because I can't see them staying in business long with practices like this.

My car was stolen from their lot after being serviced. The staff was remorseless and completely unhelpful. The lot is fenced and gated with security cameras everywhere. They claimed they were having issues with their security cameras and couldn't find the footage of it being stolen. I got my car back full of fentanyl, trash, cigarettes and the ignition system had been completely destroyed. $2000 dollars in damage and impound fees. Unless you have a fully insured hooptie you want to disappear, go somewhere else.

Always do a stellar job on my car this is the 3rd time I've been here and they have the best customer experience and front desk and techs and adjuster are all absolutely wonderful to work with

Best auto collision & work done on my vehicle experience. I am fully satisfied on the repair, good as new, can't tell someone backed into me. The paint matches perfectly and the body work is invisible. I even had a few door dings on the side of my vehicle that was taken care off and noticed the few scratches filled in near the trunk that wasn't related to the accident. My wife lost her expensive designer sun glasses in the vehicle for sometime and it suddenly appeared when the repairs were completed. It must have been found when repairs were undertaken. Trying to get a new bumper put on. We found three different websites with the right bumper plus the hardware available right away - but they still need to get us an ETA and it’s been almost two weeks now. No communication, just delay tactics. If you can wait (and wait and wait,) for your car to be fixed whenever they feel like it - then maybe this shop is for you. To not even know how long it’ll take after 11 days is just stupid. I need my truck for work. Very frustrating.

Great job getting my vehicle processed. The ladies at the front desk (their names escape me atm) were a big help and lot of explanations were provided. Although no timeline could be provided, they assured me about the step by step information that will be sent and received via phone calls and text messages.

Looks like they only focus on heavy profits from insurances. After knowing that the repairs are going to be out of pocket, they simply denied having any appointments...like forever ever. No wonder why they have such a bad rating lolService: Body & Trim

Love their work, their staffs, customer service. When you are at their they take care your vehicle as their own. I recently got in a car accident. I didn't which shop to go to and I found their shop and it is also close to my house. My car was done so beautifully. I am so certified with their work. Plus they never let you go until you are certified with your car. Also, they work very fast. I just want to say thank you all for your hard work and how much you guys care for your customers. If anything, I will definitely go back.

My girlfriend and I are really disappointed and unsatisfied because we brought our truck to get the fender and wheel Trims fixed and we left at the shop for over a month came back to see that there was a lot a details not done , screws missing , missing parts that were still out of stock , scratches, wax burns everywhere , and to our surprise there was still and old part of the crashed car on there . So we’ve been in and out at this location for about 4 times with something new time that they seem to never fix when they’ve clearly been told . They take pictures but never fix the whole problem they just fix it by sections .Services: Body & Trim

So I had my car repaired here on a Geico insurance claim out of Seattle. This shop did such a good job dealing with my somewhat complex car repair. They kept me updated every step of the way, and I was in constant communication with them as needed. They handled things promptly, professionally, and effectively. Jeremy at this location helped me throughout my repair, and he did an outstanding job start to finish. I couldn't have been happier with the result of this repair, and I thank Service King for their help.
