No keep driving. The african guy working the counter doesnt care less about you coming in. He kept going on with his phone call looking straight at me as i told him how much gas i wanted. He just sat there then he stood up and just stared. I had to repeat four or five times that i wanted 40 dollars of gas only for him to put in 20. He didnt ask or say that he hadnt heard. Then he wanted to cancel the transaction and put it back on my card and re do it. No apology or anything. No getting off the phone. He just kept talking. I had to go somewhere else to get more gas which defeated the whole purpose of me going here. Why treat people like this??

The cashiers here are the absolute rudest. They rush you out of the store. Being located next to a transit facility most of their customers are bus operators and she is so disrespectful to us. You seriously need to find a new cashier because she is absolutely rude.
I was in the store all of about 45 seconds before she was trying to kick me out of the store so she can lock up. Why are you locking up the store in broad daylight? Or during business hours while you have customers in the store? If you need to take a break, wait until it's not a busy time and you don't have customers instead of being extremely rude to customers.. I hope the owners of this establishment fire this lady because I will never ever spend a dime in the store again and I will make sure every single one of my coworkers doesn't either.

While Ms Theresa is one of the nicest people there, and cant work 7 days a week, they need to hire someone reliable for weekends. Almost every weekend I'll stop in on my way to work (740 ish on Saturdays, 840 on Sundays), and whomever is supposed to be there, is not. It's a huge inconvenience to make the stop, only to find out the building is closed during posted open hours and having to go somewhere else on my way to work causing me to be late.
If you're an early weekend bird, stay away from here, aint no one gonna be there until the afternoon
Editing to add most recent experience:
This place can't keep coolers and shelves stocked. Ordering isn't happening. Not sure how you expect to keep customers coming back if you can't restock drinks, cigarettes, and snacks. Don't tell me there isn't an ordering issue when you've been out of the same products for over two weeks. I know there isn't a backorder on cigarettes and Pepsi products.

Pump not working

Worst experience ever! I stopped by this gas station today around 1:11pm. I was on pump #5. I selected unleaded and proceeded to put the pump in my gas tank. I squeezed the trigger and pushed the lock button on. The force of gas that was coming out made the pump lock click off and pushed the pump out and on the ground. Gas was spilling everywhere and wouldn’t stop. I picked it up off the ground and put it back in my tank because it just kept pouring out. The pressure was so high it looked like a fire hydrant. By that time my car was covered in gas and so was I.
I went inside to let the people know. They had no protocol, didn’t know what to do. I washed all the gas off of my hands because my skin had white patches forming. They ask if I wanted to speak to the manager. So they called him. I explained what happened. He asked if I could write an incident report so he can give to corporate. He also offered to run my car thru the car wash. I was very appreciative of that. When I arrived at the other location. I had to ask this lady if she could help me pump my gas because I was so terrified.
I hurried up and went home. Took a shower to get all the gas off and called the poison control center because my skin on my hand and feet are irritated. I was told to watch for blistering. It hurts when I apply pressure on my feet. I had to throw away my shoes and pants because they were soaked in gas. It was a very scary experience, and I felt a lack of compassion given the situation. I won’t ever go back!!!

I purchased $20 of gas at 10 pm last Friday at the Kingston, WA Speedway Express to be able to use the restroom. Upon politely knocking at the locked door, I was denied entry by the female employee inside the convenience store, which still had all the lights on, where the restroom was located. A 64 year old retired banker dressed business casual with a dress jacket, I was hardly an intimidating presence that justified this rude treatment.I will not use Speedway Express again.

DO NOT GET GAS HERE! I put $14 of gas in my Prius and was charged $175! The manager said their pumps get hacked regularly. I disputed the transaction immediately and my bank came back and said Speedway Corporate said it was a legitimate charge. I never got my money back. Choose a different gas station!

I hope that if i do get hired here...i can make your customer service experience much much better than in the past. A more positive 3xperience..No guarantees, because i do have my moments when i too encounter rude and obnoxiously insensitive customers...But no worries, someone told me during my training days....the customer is always right AND listen... they come, just serve them and they will go on their way...I'm still learning, so be patient with me and i will do my best. Its called speedway express now as of Dec 2022.Welcome to Speedway. I am Speedway. My name is Neko. The Bald One...Have a Blessed day.

Supposed to be open 24 hours, but they are in "break" every time I come here every single day in the morning. I'm actually staring at the cashier through the window as I'm writing this review

Walked in to grab some wine and an energy drink and there's no one tending the counter. Two other patrons were inside looking bewildered. One got sick of waiting and left. The elderly gentleman thought someone might be in the back, so I went back there and peeked through the wide open door. "Hello? Anybody back here?" Then I hear the old wench from the front door. "I'm right here!" she snarled, "Don't go back there!!!""Geez lady. SOR-RY!"I almost left right then, but the old man was just getting gas. I put my items on the counter. "I need to see your ID," she demanded with a snarky tone.Of course I didn't have it with me. Apparently my full beard with grey in it passes for under 21. "You know what, just forget it," I said."Good! Get out of here!' she growled.I don't know what this lady's deal was, but I was done with her attitude. "Yo, F you B!" I told her, then called her a F'ing C as I walked out the door. She was PISSED!Anyway, this place is run by a moody tweaker hag during the day. There's a cool dude at the 76 Station down the street. They have better prices too. Leave the hag to her chain smoking and her meth pipe.
