I recently used a Staples passport photo service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They clearly knew the specific requirements for passport photos, including the correct dimensions, lighting, and background color, which immediately put me at ease.
The entire process took less than 15 minutes. The photographer made sure I was positioned properly and gave helpful instructions to ensure the photo would be compliant with government standards. I went into the store to purchase a new laptop, and they happen to be out of that particular model, the very helpful sales associate, arranged to ship one from another one of their stores in just a couple days which which allowed me to avoid having to drive all over the place to actually get it.

Online order process is not as easy as it could be. To pick up my online order I had already paid for- I had to show the email confirmation, a photo ID, sign a paper copy, and then finally sign a digital copy before I was allowed to leave with tape. Seems quite odd for this much security around an online order for tape.

Very uncomfortable shopping experience here. I wasn’t allowed to browse. The employee blocking the door guided me directly to the product and then forced me to check out. He wouldn’t leave. As a result, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
