The employee is racist! She help other customer with smiles but when I'm up next she just ignore me pretending she is busy and i waited for some time before I approach her. She immediately giving me stare giving me the attitude and told me this and that when I said I don't want to do it that way that she immediately ask me to calm down ? I'm like for what. She said I'm raising my voice. Just because I don't want to do it what she recommended. I want something to be printed on the same page and she immediately grab the ID off my hand put in the scanner about to start without my approval saying I have to make 2 copy first then scan them. I said I can just scan it on my phone and do the mobile order that way she immediately said u need to calm down for the 2nd time. What's up with this lady giving the attitude for no reason as I'm about to write this review I saw all the rating No wonder they barely got a star! Cya staple ! If u want to be treated like u not welcome then go there and maybe u get to experience the customer service they offer. Good luck and on top of that I also get my passport photo taken here and just find out it's not acceptable not going to bother with refund but this place is best of the best!

We went in on a Sunday morning to process an Amazon return. Not a complicated thing. What really stood out was how utterly unpleasant the staff was. When we walked in, the person I was with said "hello" to an employee sitting behind a counter immediately as we walked in. This person just looked away from us without a word. Another employee got irritated when we were in the wrong line for the return even though it didn't matter as everyone in the line was going to the same counter where the same employees were assisting everyone. Then the employee gave us a piece of packaging from the return that wasn't needed and said she couldn't throw it away for us for some reason. So I walked five feet away and said, "oh look, a trash can" and threw it away. And then an employee completely uninvolved in the situation up at a register said, "yeah, there's also one outside" because I guess it made him feel better. Even the other customers were being treated poorly. Felt like the employees just hated their jobs and were taking it out on their customers. Again, this wasn't a complicated trip. Just a return. And in the 10 minutes I was in the store I decided it wouldn't be worth it to go back. Avoid this place if you can.

I am stuck with this location because it's the only thing near me. But they are always short staffed, or they don't cross train so you stand in one line that is unmarked only to be told to go to another line that is unmarked. Or, which is more of the time, someone just stares at you and walks away. Honestly don't know how they stay in business.

What you expect from a Staples store, all the office supplies your looking for and staffed relatively well whenever I go in. I would still go here over a FedEx office and print store, the prices for printing and scanning are way more reasonable and staff have been competent in helping with print orders. Easy return location for Amazon return packages.

Had a problem with my printer and cartridges no longer "communicating with each other. The cartridges are new! Spoke with the manager. Absolutely worthless. Used to like this store but will not be going back.

Omg I went to staples to make an Amazon return and the lady red hair in the front desk told me WITH A VERY ANGRY EXPRESSION.."WE CAN'T DO AMAZON RETURNS BECAUSE OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN."Omg. She really was so angry.I didn't know that they had that problem..no body notified me..Jesus.

Worst customer service I have received at retailer. Had some big print jobs for them and my laptop died while I was sending them the files. Would not let me plug it in to finish getting them the files. Said they didn't offer that service. Really!?!? Can't plug in my laptop to buy booklets for my company? Won't be ever shipping at staples again.

I have been going to this Staples for many years. The customer service had been acceptable but not great. Today I went to get some laminating done as I’ve done many times before. The young woman who waited on me was rude, but I decided to ignore it. She told me that the lamination would take three days because they are so busy. I quietly left and won’t be back.

I dropped by this Staples location today with 3 sheets of white paper that I wanted copied onto colored paper. I went up to the print center counter and told Shea that I would like to see which colors of paper they had and that I wanted to make 3 copies. I was told that she couldn't sell me paper, even for use in their self-serve machines. She did say that the print center could make the copies for me, but that the earliest they would be ready would be the next day! On those rare occasions when I need print services, I need to train myself to forget that Staples even exists. If I want Soviet-style service, I'll fly to Russia.

Staff at print center was amazing! I thoroughly appreciated the help and they were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone with printing needs in this area.

Amy at the print center is consistently outstanding. She always meets me with a smile, and has always gone above and beyond to help me with my documents I send in for printing. I have not had many interactions with any of the other employees, but they have been really nice, too. But 10/5 stars for Amy (I hope I spelled her name right!), she is WONDERFUL and I hope she is compensated appropriately! ?

Excellent customer service. Went to get passport photos and everyone there was helpful and friendly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Store is good but the associate Jason , was horrible maybe because we not causian he treats us horrible maner beside other printers are awesome .. bad customer service ?

This location is by far the best location I have EVER been to! I have been designing events for 15 years and I have so many last minute requests. The team here is so, so kind, helpful, patient and always has a can do attitude even under stressful last minute deadlines. A special shout out to Jordan and Jovanna - they truly are so wonderful and I am excited to be shopping here for many years.
